I had two root canals done. Both morals still hurt over 6 months later. I was told that I would have to pay again to have them redone. NOT HAPPY. I do not have another 2500.00.

Even though I had an excellent outcome, I personally think the fee for a root canal here is a bit high. However, I guess that is to be expected. What I don't understand, and hopefully this review will have this practice change their policy, is why patients are not told up front that there is a 10% discount if they pay in cash. And that is real paper money, not a check. I could have saved $130.11, if I had been told this. I live on SS with no dental insurance. This root canal will take me months to pay off.

I have a mouth that opens very little. My tooth was on the top, all the way in the back. The doctor was able to get it done with minimal discomfort. Excellent job.

My husband got two root canals done yesterday and was feeling very anxious and the dr was very knowledgeable and helped ease his mind, explaining everything as he was doing it. Such a great dr/experience! Was in and out in 40ish minutes. Almost no discomfort. Definitely recommend!

My visit was truthfully above and beyond my expectations! This was my first Root Cannel, (and hopefully last of course). The staff and Dr. Wirtz were absolutely fantastic. Quick and pain free! I couldn't recommend Butler Endodontics and higher. 10/10!

Dr. Wirtz is great. Quick, painless, and quick to schedule. Office staff is wonderful too.

I first made appt for Jan. 30, no problem, tooth not hurting. Woke
up Dec 27 with my right side of face swollen and in considerable pain. Called to see if I could get in this week. Happened to be a cancellation, going in on 29th. They called me in morning on the 28th, cancellation, can I be there at 1130? Arrived, Erica and Angie extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Wirtz ushered me into dentist chair and very thorough in explanation, put me at ease. Procedure was not more than a half hour. From first call to walking out of office.very professional, caring people. Appreciate the urgency in which you got me in, knowing I was in pain. Thank you to all of you!

DO NOT GO HERE. The receptionist alone is one of the RUDEST people I have EVER met. She treated me like I was one of the dumbest people she’s talked to. She treats everyone like they’re beneath her. They canceled my appointment without contacting me OR MY DENTIST about it.
