Very helpful and very quick to fix the issue with my vehicle. Scott was very nice and efficient with getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. If you need a car go to JD Byrider in Hermitage they will get you the car you need with excellent service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! WE WERE ON OUR SECOND ENGINE AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE TILL WE DROPPED OUR CAR OFF AND THEN THEY WERE SAYING OH WE ORDERED YOUR ENGINE. NOTHING BUT LIARS AT THIS PLACE! WENT TO A REAL CAR DEALERSHIP AND BOUGHT A NEW CAR! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BAD BAD PLACE!

My vehicle was there for 2 months and did not complete the job by forgetting to do the oil change. Their manager behind the service counter was very rude, and by other reviews online he is like that to everyone including people he was on the phone with while I was there, when I brought up the fact that my seat controls were broken and did not come in that way he shrugged it off and said it came in that way. During is stay there the battery was replaced due to “it kept dieing” and when I mentioned the controls being broken he said that’s what was draining the battery but he had removed the fuse to the controls and did not tell me it wasn’t working or told me that is was causing the battery to drain until I had noticed and would have let me leave if I did not notice, when I brought it up he shrugged it off and told me to there was nothing he was going to do until I complained and he walked off to get his boss and she had it schedule to be replaced, why wouldn’t you tell me the controls where broken and that’s why the battery needed replaced if it was like that when it came in and I repeatedly told them I wanted everything wrong with the car to be fixed. Suspicious.

My son bought a 2012 Ford Fusion in Feb of 2023, was the nicest car on the lot, the others that were shown to me would have been better suited in the scrap yard, the first car they brought him to test drive was a dodge avenger, visibly beat up, upholstery tattered and dirty, and just looked beat, as the passenger as I went to pull the door shut, the inner door panel came flying towards me and the door remained open, needless to say we didn’t test drive that one, after telling the salesperson I don’t think this one is it, he called the mechanic out, who proceeded to slam the panel back on with his knee and put it back in the parking space it was in… and that was a 15k dollar car, so back to the ford fusion we did buy, for the first month or so it was ok, then started clunking, having declined the “extended warranty” due to it increasing the monthly payment by almost 200 dollars, I checked it out and put the needed tie rod end on myself and having it aligned. A month later the AC went out, Orfice tube and recharge plus a belt for that.on my dime, a couple weeks later, the blower motor went out, needed resistor switch, also on my dime. Went Ok for a couple of months then stranded him in the middle of the night. Had the car towed, and I got my scanner out, Random multiple misfire on cylinder 2 and 4. I knew that was unusual for more than one cylinder but ok, bought 2 coil packs and changed them, one of which was under the intake plenum and is no fun and takes several hours, when finished, same code, car is still not drivable, had it towed to the local ford dealership, they told me it was the computer or PCM. Not having the funds to have them repair it, I had it towed back home and ordered a PCM. A week later it arrives and I install it, go through the relearn process, nope can’t do it, back to the dealer for programming of the key, now if your keeping track that’s now 3 tows already. So the dealership calls me and says the computer is programmed, but still had misfire and can’t be driven and they don’t have time to look at it, so I have the car towed back home, now 4 tows… I find the bad coil pack and changed it, misfire gone, car won’t move, now I have to have all the transmission data programmed into the PCM.another tow to another shop to have that done… now I’m out of AAA courtesy tows, so it’s 100 dollars each time. Finally the car is fixed. After 4 tows and 3 shops. Great right? Nope. 2 months later it strands him again, midnight had the car towed again, now it’s code P 2107 “Throttle actuator control processor” So I change the throttle body (which is a know problem with the fusions) didn’t fix it, now it’s a No start, and still the same code, so car is not drivable for the 5 time In 10 months, Byriders peoples mailboxes are all full, got no call back except one message the said, almost to the point of being non- understandable.it said “Hello this is (Could not understand him) of your car can’t be driven just get it here and we will try and look at it for you” That was the last contact we had and that was a week ago, my son is only 22, does not make a lot of money, had missed work, we as parents have been eating the repair costs to keep this going, he is paying 400 a month on a car that wasn’t worth 5k and I know they aren’t going to do a damn thing about it, so I will try my best to get this car going again for him, and when it is, I will most likely be making a trip to they establishment, and let them know how things are going. Moral of this story, stay away from this company, they are predators that take advantage of people and they credit situations, blind them with BS and sell you a car that is junk… at best.

I highly recommend asking for Donny! He had me verified and helped me get a great insurance quote in a reasonable amount of time! The environment in the office is friendly and warm and Donny really helps by bringing his friendly attitude and smile while helping!

The GM and salesman went above and beyond to satisfy me. I spent 3 hours on the lot, but drove away in a beautiful car! They couldn't have done anything more! They even gave me coffee!

It's a holiday week and my car died! Do you know, these amazing repairs people finished my car, and the price was considerably lower than the first guesstimate!

Do not go here if you're looking for your next vehicle, They say they they can help you and make you sit and sign a whole bunch of paperwork to tell you that you didn't get approved. Had a lady who didn't work and had no money get approved before i did.

Edit: they called me to tell me to remove the one star after I did get a car from them. I did get a check engine light after getting the car and took it to Dodge. I don't trust their (Byrider) mechanics.

THEY NEVER LOOKED AT MY CAR SINCE I HAVE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT COMAINTS! I STILL HAVE THE SAME THINGS WRONG WITH MY CAR AS I DID FROM THE FIRST WEEK I HAVE HAD THE CAR AND NOTICE THE THINGS THAT WERE WRONG!

They went out of their way to help us get approved. They even took us up to AAA to get a new ID made. Helped hook us up with an insurance policy. They had a great selection of vehicles and had great services. The salesman was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail. Overall it was an easy experience and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
