I never have luck with Jeeps, but I adore them so I keep trying, This was by far the worst of the worst, it sits longer then it is driven even though it was newly inspected when purchased, it is just one peoblem after another. Never have I ever had such a bad overall experience with a car dealership. Just because I am down on my luck and lost my ability to negotciate a good price, I dont feel anyone sould be put in the type of situation where you overpaying with higher interest for a vehicle that is not mechanichically sound.

Eric sold me a car with dry rotted tires broken front struts a power steering leak and exhaust leaks and did not give me a chance to pick a vehicle he handed me keys and practically told me it was that car or none and I paid double Kelly Blue Book value. If you go to byrider DO NOT HAVE ERIC ASSIST YOU!

I feel like my experience here was rushed.they got my vehicle from another byrider and there’s stuff that happens to the vehicle while driving like my wheel gets stuck and sometimes I can’t even turn it. I feel like they should have serviced the vehicle AGAIN at their location instead of selling it the same day. I did miss my service appointment the other day. But I’ll write another review after I get my car serviced by them and see what’s wrong with it. It can be minor but it just shouldn’t be happening after only having a vehicle for 2weeks!

They changed my life for the BETTER! Friendly, and informative! They made it so easy to get into a nice car even with my low budget! & Adam & is the best mechanic ever! Thanks to all the staff at JDbyrider! GOD BLESS!

Eric and the team at byrider we're very professional and courteous made is so easy for me when I needed a car for work because the car I drove there was not going to make it back home and they took it as a trade in excellent service I would refer anyone that needs a car definitely go there thank you guys

Today was a very pleasant experience. I have zero knowledge on cars so I panicked everytime something is not normal. Well when I called the day before, while they were so busy they listened to my worries and accommodate me with an earlier appointment just to put my mind at ease. Thanks God, it was my brakes and they were able to replace them sameday services. The price was fair and I am happy. Dropped my car by 9am and picked it up by 3pm so yes 5 stars it is

Matt was absolutely awesome to work with as he made the process of getting a new vehicle easy and painless. My credit is not the greatest and I always had problems getting approved but, Matt made it his mission to get me approved with the amount down I was able to provide down. Really great customer service they where really can't wait to drive my car. Eric is the best

Brought a 2013 Chrysler town&country back in January. Since then i had 8 failures. Each month i had to take it in to get it fixed even towed in. Now its august and they refused to fix it. 8 times they have failed to make the car safe and reliable. I'm done with this dealership and there shady business.

They suck they dont care they overcharge you any time your car break down they say it not their problem my car broke down they said its my problem i had to tow it to them they broke some things they are shady and would highly not recommend to get cars from them.so call manager name ADAM from service was a total rude disrespectful to deal with. Dont buy your cars here you will highly regret it

They were very nice it did take them a very long time like 2 months to fix my car but they were super nice even though I called them 1-2 times a week
