I had such a good experience here. I love that they are open on Sunday’s and when I called the morning of for an appointment they had time available. I had two techs work on my service. A gentleman did the acrylic on my toes, I just forgot to ask his name. Sue did my pedicure and when I tell you I had THE best foot massage that I’ve had in a while I mean it. I think a lot of times shops realize they can charge you an arm and a leg and still give you poor service and you’ll keep coming back for loyalty reasons. I wanted to melt in my chair and eyes drift off multiple times through the service. She was very thorough and checked with me multiple times through the service to make sure I was happy with her work. For a french gel, spa pedicure and two acrylic toes it was $65 which I thought was very reasonable for the service I got. I will absolutely be rebooking here!

Worst experience ever I got a pedicure that was good my refill horrible my nails were rough, uneven n the gel polish peeled off as soon as I left came back to have them fix the polish n the same thing polish peeled off so never ever again

Been going there for years now, staff has always been friendly and kind. Never once had a problem, but the other day I was getting a manicure done by YAN and she told me to go wash my hands and i asked “Soap or no Soap” and she says with an attitude “whatever”. She was very unfriendly and rude. Like i said I never had a problem there until that and that makes me not want to go back.

I’ve been here multiple times, the experience always seems to be good. I wish the prices were stated somewhere in the store though because the price changes everytime i go.

I go to this place every 2 weeks, and it is a gamble every time I go. Sometimes my nails are nicely shaped and the dip power is applied nicely, other times it is rushed and they look a mess. Today I went to get my dip power just removed and I felt like they were trying to force a manicure on to me. Even though I said I did not have the time, they still asked every 5 minutes. I had to tell them no three times and the lady barely even removed the dip. She also burned me with the drill. Very disappointed with my experience today. The only consistent thing here is they always do my eyebrows nice.

I write this review as I sit in the pedicure chair. First time here and totally disappointed with this salon. My 9 year old daughter picked a color, the women painted one toe nail and my daughter decided she didn’t like it. We asked if she could pick another color instead. The women painting her toes huffed and puffed about having to remove the polish and get her a new color. My daughter was almost in tears! Since us paying customers are so much of an inconvenience, it is safe to say we will NOT be returning to this salon!

I’ve been going to C & C Nails for years. I have never had a problem with them. The place is clean. The people are friendly. The prices are perfect. I’m usually in & out in no time.

I got a full acrylic set, french yesterday
I didn't think nails could look so bad. The woman did not even shape them.they are too long, thick, flat, different lengths on each finger, too wide for my nailbeds, and mishaped. The white tips were different on each finger. I used to get my nails done weekly before covid at another place. Now I need to go get them fixed somewhere else.

Used to love this place but the quality has gone down a lot. I usually go to true color or lavender nails but they were too busy so I settled here. Me and my mom entered and a woman who I think is the owner asked what we would like and walked away mid sentence. The nail techs rush through their work doing the bare minimum. Which basically means just paint the nails. Barely even filing. And not to sound like a baby but every other place rubs your back or at least your hands they do neither. Why pay the same amount for less service? Needless to say I will not return. Service is awful! My nails have already chipped and it hasn't even been a week. If you want somewhere around the same area I highly suggest true color on grant ave or lavender!

I used to come here all the time but the quality decreased drastically. I hesitate coming here because I have an issue each time. I got a gel manicure done a few months ago and a week later they were chipped. I vowed to never come back but fast forward to yesterday, I needed a refill plus gel. The usual salons I go to were completely booked so I thought I'd come here and maybe this time someone else would do my nails and itd be better. So I went & what do you know.my nails are chipping. The design looks great and my nails feel sturdy, but the gel is chipping after ONE DAY. This is unacceptable. I'm done giving this place so many chances. It's very clean and the staff is fairly pleasant, but the quality of nails I experience each time is such a disappointment. I've never experienced gel chipping like this from ANY other salon I went to. I remember coming here religiously a few years ago, but it was so much better back then. If you're thinking of coming here, don't waste your time.

Hate that I have to pay 2 dollas extra for the O. P. I shine with the silver lids this is the only nail salon that charges extra 2 bucks for nail polish

They use the same wax for everyone! Had to ask them to use fresh wax and a fresh stick to do my eyebrows so i didn't have someone else's germs/skin/etc.touching my face.i also got some sort of green fungus under my nail when i got my nails done here years ago.i would never go back again.

I have been going here since 2012. I’ve always had a positive experience. However, I do miss when they would give you a mini back massage while your nails were drying. They stopped it during the pandemic. Also, they could improve on their nail designs, but overall I still love going here & the prices are reasonable!

Courteous & give excellent manicure & pedicure. I am so relaxed & de-stressed after their spa pedicure

Store very clean. Nail art needs improvement. 2 visits and both times nails were ok but really didn't get what I wanted
Will try again maybe 3rd times a charm. Would love to know if they have a name of someone who knows nail art didn't get massage or any lotion when nails were done.
