All the Staff at CHarper Connellsville are kind and informative. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and tv.

Everyone was very friendly. The visit was concise and finished on time. They kept me updated on the progress. Everyone was very professional. The mechanic spoke to me afterwards and explained everything that he did.

I am in the market for an SUV. I always see their commercials on TV. I gave all of my information to the sales rep to whom was very nice. I sent everything that was asked of me, including pictures. I later received an email from the sales manager. Talk about a low ball offer. Is it customary to just assume that a car is "fair" without even seeing it? I understand people are trying to make money, but not by taking advantage. I feel that is what this person was trying to do. Times are tough for everyone right now. If someone is trying to do business, maybe rethink your actions, before insulting them.

Bought a used 2018 equinox 7mos into it front rotors and brakes needed done which they reimbursed me for back brakes and rotors needed shaved down inspection done 312.00 dollars later not sure why when I havent had the car for a year

Guys were very nice. Clean car. They cut the rotors for us which was nice. Driver side and rear wiper blades were not replaced. Would have no problem recommending this dealership.

I purchased my truck at this location. I called the service department to schedule for a transmission fluid flush and change. I was told this is no problem, C Harper would go to Toyota of greensburg and pickup the fluid. I was also told by 2 service advisors if I dropped my truck the night before, it would be in for service first. I received a call after 12pm from C Harper stating that nothing at all was done with the truck, and that I need to take it to Toyota for service. The service advisor didn't seem concerned, and no one followed up to even ask how things went. Don't waste your time here
