Depending what you got to deliver here, new management will get you in n out, no overnight parking n you can check in as soon as 3.30am

No overnight parking. They don't care if they run you out of hours because of how slow they are. You have to leave as soon as your done.

No overnight parking. Even though I was late, dispatch kept them updated. Lumper met me at gate and sent me straight to the door. Easy load was done in 1/2 hour. Best delivery I've done in a LONG time!

Do not park at the mall across the street we will have you banned from the property. We now have 24 hour security! You will awakened in the middle of the night and asked to leave. This is private property!

If I could no star I would had an appt for 6: 30am it is currently 1: 30pm still in dock, still waiting for ppw, and they charge and ungodly amount for lumper service! Stay away from this place at all costs, unless you need your 10hr break!

We had appointment for 6: 30AM, It is already 10AM and they even haven`t started yet!

I unload my own product at this facility. These guys usually do amazing at getting me in a door very promptly no matter how busy. It really does pay to build good relationships. All around good place.

Confirmed for slow. 2: 45 min after my appointment is when they started. 2 hours to unload. And then another 2 hours to get paperwork. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Unloaded here last night and I got six hours of detention then I came back the next night two pallets checked in at 1am it’s now 3: 31am and I go back inside and ask them how much longer they say they got to receive it I mean how long does it take to receive two pallets

Very poor unloading staff takes hours for the basic 4 pallets I'd hate to bring a full load to this place stay away if you can

Makes money and it's like a personal gym, can be competitive and possible growth for movement up and pay.

They are very bad lazy workers let some one who can run the job. If there is less than one star I deserve it for this company waw.

Showed up at 8: 15pm for a 9: 00pm appt time. 3 pallets, 6.5 hour unload. Just sad. Why is every C&S this way? Your lumper service is pure garbage, Capstone = garbage. I never really rate anything, I just had to rate this dumpster fire of a company.

I saw the bad reviews and thought, oh no! I had a great experience at this receiver. Everyone was very professional and efficient.

Very slow, 4 hours to unload 23 skids, both times. Rude lady at the desk, and they want $320+ to lump it!

This place deserve less than a star, Capstone Lumping services need to get fired, They are eating truck drivers up, high lumping charges, really slow service, They took 8 hrs to unload 12 pallets, how ridiculous is that? Somebody need to take over Capstone and redoit all over or this people will drive truck drivers away.

Arrived there at 6 pm for a 8 pm appointment was at the guard shack at midnight on my way out some might say this was a long delivery this place is a busy food wherehouse eveyone I came in contact was very professional
