Cabela's, Hamburg PA

What is happening to this store. Really gone down hill bad. Poor selection for fishing a lot of shelves filled with same item shelf after shelf of tackle boxes. Next the ammo selection was a joke they locked it behind a counter with no staff to help you. Really. Nothing I was looking for I mean not one item I went there for. Really. Nothing but a glorified clothing store now.

Let me tell you. Our first experience was a rocky one. Our second, made alot better by a young man named Alex in archery. Third, we come to find out that Alex had left the department. However, when you guys hired Newlin, and our first encounter with Newlin. We come to find out that you hit the ball out of the park with him. He listened, cared, gave advice, offered quite a few tips, had patience, and reinstilled a confidence in my wife and I as archers. Thank you Newlin. And by the way, awesome buck pic on the wall, thats coming from a KS whitetail hunter, it was not a PA Pygmy

I still like Cabela's, but there seems to be an issue with the supply chain lately.
Also, as a customer, we can not browse the ammo as it is behind the counter, and we need to get an associate, which appears to be in short supply as well.

From a truck driver thank you for letting us park. It’s not easy to find good places to park. It means a lot. Being dog friendly for my well-behaved pet to come in and have an experience of a lifetime is a big deal also. I’m a big time bass fishermen. I’ll be sure to spend money here and other truck friendly places. You should too.

My family is taking our first camping trip this weekend, and got exceptional help from Cabela's team members. I had questions that were answered on the phone by Lena, and pointed in the best direction in the store from Chuck and Jeff! Thanks guys!

Always enjoy stopping in and just walking thru the store. The children all loved it too. I enjoy going camping and the children love it too so We’ve got quite a bit of camping gear thanks to Cabelas credit card points program.

Nice selection of stuff with fairly reasonable prices. It's a big store so there is plenty to see, so take time to do alot of browsing.

Josh in guns is awesome. The store was pretty slow so I was just looking at the cases. He offered to show me anything if I wanted and at first I said no thanks. But then I eventually asked him about ammo and we started a conversation. Dude was awesome, he explained to me what different calibers were for or different gun types. Showed me a ton of different options.

When I’m ready to buy, I will 1000%% be back.

First time there. Found some clothing-loved the aquarium. Only bad part pushy girl with an attitude trying to get us to sign up for 'vacation getaway'

This place has gone down hill since Bass Pro took over. Store is nice but the Cabelas prices, that were high anyway, have gotten even more ridiculous. All i go for anymore is to look at the fish.

Unique experience, employees could have been more knowledgeable, and the poor senior citizen checking us out struggled, we were double charges for numerous items, and the process was unbearably slow. We had to visit customer service afterward to get the receipt corrected

Biggest Cabelas in the world with 250,000 square feet! It’s my favorite place to go for all kinds of outdoor gear. I love this place, I would definitely recommend going. The staff are also all great.

Great people are very friendly and helpful the store is clean and well laid out. Prices are reasonable and there's great selection of stuff

This place is enjoyable to just go walk around and look at everything. My husband and I enjoy looking at the walk through fish tank and the animals. Prices are a little high, but a great store for fishing gear. Guns and ammo are expensive.

Best store ever for camping hunting and fishing the inside of the store is very amazing and beautiful you don't know what a store is like until you walk into Cabela's

My son and I went to prepare for our upcoming camping trip and we had a blast. Found everything I needed and the service was great and helpful.

It's so huge good luck finding someone in there. Lol alot of fun outdoor activities.get ready to spend some money there tho.lol

Thank you Cabellas! We pulled in w our 5th wheel because it was too late to go to rv park. It was very quiet. We got up next day and did some 9 am shopping fir some new camping clothes! Thanks again!
