Cabinetry & Stone Depot, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

We are building a new home and decided to go with Cabinet Stone Depot for our cabinets! They are absolutely stunning and a fraction of the price of others. David works very close with his customers and provided us with top notch service! He isn’t a bs’er and tells you what you’ll need! He in knowledgeable about his products! Do yourself a favor and get your stuff from here instead of getting ripped off everywhere else. We did our due diligence and visited many others who couldn’t even compete with Cabinet Stone Depot! My experience with SCD was very positive. The installers were both obviously skilled craftsmen and also prompt, FAST, courteous and meticulous. Dave was able to schedule a reasonably quick installation and was always prompt in responding to my inquiries. I highly recommend this business.

We just left 11/30/20 11: 15am we need to full kitchens tile and cabinets and we will never return! The sales person has no business being in the business! Rude, ignorant and does not deserve our business!

Dave is a real businessman, knows very well how to satisfy a customer, at time of order excellent customer service, measurements was perfect, and installation date and time right on the dot, very happy with the cabinets quality and the granite, the installer team were A1, real PROs. Price was better than the two giant hardware stores. I recommend this company for all your cabinets and granite needs in the Wilkes Barre area.

My husband and I purchased cabinets and counteracts 6 years ago and they are wonderful. We haven't had any issues at all and they held up great! The service was great from start to finish. If you have chance to buy somewhere else, do it. Salesman is rude, disrespectful, not intrested to do business with you, not value your time and seems like he doesn't like people with accent. Me and my friend just got refund from him, because we asked him to make an underneath installation for our own kitchen sink (from Lowe's, sink is designed to be top mounted or underneath). $1,500 project is nothing for this guy, and he preferred to loose money and long term customer. For more than 8 years in this area as a construction and remodeling worker I always recommended this place to my customers to buy kitchen countertops or vanities, NO MORE. Long story short. We went to Penn Granite on River Street, paid almost same money for similar material, showed them our sink and it was not any problem or complications to install it. I don't recommend Cabinetry and Stone Depot anymore to anyone to do business here. To be honest, his employees are very professional guys, and he was also different before, maybe he was in bad mood today, but it's not excuse.

If you're looking for a quick turnover project this is a solid option. Having done a full kitchen renovation just three years ago using another company we chose to go with Cabinetry and Stone Depot because we were just looking for countertops this time for our new home and they had decent reviews. The prices are great. But if you're looking for personal attention this is not the place. Making the decision on countertops I visited the showroom three times and took samples home almost feel like the Personnel were getting frustrated with me and not just picking one already. However she was pleasant enough and the price of the countertops for granite was exceptional. So I went forward. They came in to measure within a week and a half. They arrived like they said they would to install the countertops and had the pre-cut Granite with them or so I thought. The two workers obviously are always on a time crunch because they are not pleasant at all. That being said they were totally rude. They cut the backsplash in the front yard leaving a huge white stone mess. And there were white hand prints in and out of my door which were easily wiped off. My issue is the fact that they cut the hole for the counter top stove in the middle of my kitchen! The stove top is so light I removed it myself so I'm not sure why they did not measure for it when they came the first time. The sound and the amount of dirt was astronomical. They blew a breaker with the equipment and they said that accounted for the amount of mess I had. There are nine outlets in my kitchen they should have known enough to use two different Outlets. When they left I did a quick walk through and paid them. I did not get a receipt at that time which didn't hit me until later. I knew I had a mess on the top of everything in the kitchen but my big surprise was that everything in my entire house was covered with an inch and a half of stone dust. It took us three days to clean everything. The insides of cupboards dishes, glasses, silverware ceiling fans in other rooms light fixtures, and the worst part was my seasoned cast iron pans or all destroyed there's no way to clean them again. Since they are a local company with good reviews I emailed the owner and told him how upset I was with the disgusting way my house was left.he apologized and said that I would get a compensation check out to me and confirmed my address. A month has gone by no such check has arrived to at least replace my Skillets and as a good-faith gesture for the dirt. I felt it was my need to warn others that if you are looking for a kitchen renovation be warned it will turn into an entire house cleaning project.

Got my countertops replaced and used cabinetry and stone. I was satsifised with the price so I utilized the service. The day of installation came and when I got home I noticed a small dent in the sink. Feeling bad to call I did anyway. I asked just take some money off and David said no I want to replace it. I just felt bad because of the distance they had to travel and the price that they gave me. They came the following day and replaced it in and out within an hour. He also sent me more cleaner and sealer in the mail. I will for sure use the service again. Great job guys

We recently had our granite counter tops installed through the Cabinet and Stone Depot and they came out perfect! Leo did an amazing job with the installation and they came out flawless. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. We couldn’t be happier:)

The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and professional David wong designed our kitchen in a very functional and modern fashion that works great for us and opened up the kitchen area! My wife and I had planned just to replace the cabinets and counters in the same location but after David showed us his design we knew we made the right choice with csd!

We purchased Kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops from CSD and also had them do the installation. Dave makes the process go very smooth from the first time I met him with my measurements and lay out ideas. This selection process is made very simple as they showcase many full kitchen layouts along with a great selection of cabinet & granite in their large show room. The delivered quality is great. The installation team was fantastic. Pricing and ease of doing business with was second to none. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this business. We will see you for the next project Dave!
