It is a ok place, they need to change a lot of thing's for families who are really trying their best to provide for there families, and get ahead. The idea for these kinds of apartments are to do jist that, but yet all they care about doing is putting cops up in the building to walk the hallways all day and night. Instead of paying for them to be in there all day, why not use that money to make the repairs and to help the families that are really trying to get on there feet and move, so someone else could have the chance to do the same!
