My son attended cadence academy for pre k for two years after having a horrific experience at a skippack daycare. He absolutely loved his time there. He has a disability and did so well there. They were so accepting. This is a place where my son truly felt loved for who he is. He is about to go into 2nd grade and the other day in the car he was remembering his time with Miss Tami with love and fondness. As a parent, I felt he was very prepared for kinder. He was above level by the time he entered kindergarten. We love cadence. So much that we drove 15 minutes out of the way to school to drop him off and during the summer drove 1hr round trip to keep him there a few days a week. Highly recommended.

Moving our child to Cadence Academy was the best decision we have made. My child has Autism and the staff at Cadence Academy is incredibly supportive of our son and his progress. They are very flexible with his therapists that come in daily. Mr. Q, Tami and Lori get so excited everything our child reaches new goal.

My daughter started in the infant room in January. She adjusted immediately and we were happy that she seemed to be happy and doing well.

Then in the middle of March, there was a staff change and the infant teachers were replaced by floaters who, by April, had become the permanent teachers in the room.

The staff was transparent, letting us know about the change. And when we heard that the floaters would be the permanent teachers, we were incredibly happy.

It was a little chaotic in the room for a while, but they made sure that there was care for the babies. And in the middle of all of that change, we also changed up our daughter's sleep and eating schedule a couple of times (only adding to that chaos). We had struggled a little with the previous teachers going off schedule (quite a few times, our daughter's naps started 30-60 minutes early), but the new teachers have kept on top of all the changes and our daughter absolutely thrived, even with pink eye and a cold!

When I do drop off, it feels far less chaotic and the new teachers are SO GOOD at listening to every parent and keeping track of all the nuances with each baby.

My husband and I have a lot of appreciation for the infant room team because they've been awesome.

If you’re looking for quality care for your infant, and directors who take initiative, look elsewhere.
I worked at Cadence Academy Collegeville for 5 months and sadly watched a place I found safe and loved so much turn into such a disappointing hostile environment. During my time there I’ve witnessed and endured racial discrimination from a co-worker in my classroom, a coworker who would blatantly neglect the infants in our care and refuse to provide care to children of color. I’ve witnessed firsthand her picking the infants up by their arms, leaving them to cry in their cribs, not cleaning their faces after meals, and disregarding diaper-changing protocol. Despite numerous fruitless investigations with HR nothing has been done about this teacher. Management seems to be more concerned with the turnover rate and being short-staffed as opposed to the safety of the children and the quality of the staff.
I’m disgusted with the behaviors of my coworkers and the continuous neglect from management. I feel let down by my school's HR department leaving these injustices unresolved and the directors who’ve taken statements and been witness to the ongoing issues perpetrated by the previously mentioned coworker.
I resigned today March 10th, 2023, because I’m no longer comfortable working at a school that has such low standards for employees and the care they provide to the students.

My kids love the staff. I'm so happy to have a fond loving trusting childcare facility. You keep drop off and pick up running smoothly. Keep up the great work!
