Do not go with them, especially during these times with the coronavirus. There ad say they help start up and not so perfect credit. Well I was both, but I had a 30%down on a 30k truck. Leaving 20k to be finance. They ask for tax return last 2 years, bank statements, DL copy, truck spec, etc. Gave them everything and they email me back next day my loan was decline due to not meeting credit standard. What funny is I check my credit religiously, and they didnt even do a credit pull. If you looking for truck loan, stay away. Even the rep I work with, Hanna, couldn't even give me courtesy call to explain why but just send email back with bold letters, DECLINE. Dont go with this company unless you just want to waste your time. I'm not so much upset that they decline me, but more upset they didnt even pull credit to make descion.

I applied for a loan, 30k for a semi, my score is 750. I was told they take start up companies by a dealer. I have zero debt. I was declined due to the fact that other driver who have been on the road say they can’t pay their bills due to corona. I’m sure some people choose not to pay as a personal precaution. A complete waste of time. When I did my preinterview over the phone I explained what I had to work with because I didn’t want to hit my credit score if there was no chance. Oh I’m sure we can do something.a lie. Thank you for the no. I don’t think they are approving anyone due to corona.

I had blown a cylinder resulting in having a complete rebuild done on my Volvo d13 engine and was pretty much stranded in NC. When I called cag they were nothing but friendly and professional. I thank all the people there. I recommend any driver in our time of trouble give them a call and I will keep them a part of my business from now on

I have been working with Mike and Bill at CAG for sometime now on getting my truck. I will say that this company, with Mike and their crew at the helm is by far the best company I've ever dealt with hands down. They go above and beyond to help get you into a truck with no worries. I've been so amazed with their compassion to my issues out the gate. These are people of a big company but in the end I've made two great friends along the way. No matter what lies ahead good or bad, I will say I thought integrity was a thing of the past, but after dealing with Mike at CAG I can safely say that this company has integrity. We felt real good about finding CAG at first. We have high Ficos over 750 and were mislead that they have competitive rates for those with good credit. My truck was going to cost close to 40K to repair and we were going to want to spread it out over a little time. When we received our quote it was the totally predatory, misleading and didn't disclose rates or any thing just a lot of unrealistic demands. They wanted 1800.00 in BS made up loan frees (3% of the loan) up front in cash, My insurance changed into there name and my pink slip to my truck (389 peterbilt 120K value) signed over to them. They were only going to loan 30K and were going to charge us 8K dollars interest in 36 (16%) with payments over a grand a mo. We went to Light Stream and had a 40K loan in 2 hrs 6.25 % with ZERO fees with just a signature.

These five stars are for Lindsay Combs and her alone. If they want to improve their customer relations and overall perception of the company, then she needs to be front and center. She has single handedly taken care of a simple issue her colleagues turned into a complex headache.

If they were smart, she would have an increased role!

I’ve leased with big companies all they have in mind as intereste is for to pay them in order for them to pay themselves, they are less worried about you. I heard about CAG. I pray they help me too. It’s been rough for a while.

I contacted CAG to let them know that someone had contacted me about truck financing claiming to be them. Not only were they very prompt about calling me back, with their attorney on the line, but also took great care to assure and advise me. I may have been scammed previous but it is quite assuring knowing that CAG takes their business and my security seriously.

I have a 2002 379 Peterbilt with a 120" Double Eagle sleeper. When my motor went I had no place to turn. A friend sent me info on CAG, I thought no way they would help me due to creadit not that good, but after I called within 2 hrs I had an answer. CAG is an excellent company to work with. I've been with them since November 2012. When I financed my truck through them. They where there for me when I needed help on a transmission repair. In February of 2017 they where there to help me grow even more as they financed my tri axle drop deck trailer.
