I’d give more stars if I could.

I had an issue with my boiler over the holiday weekend. So I decided to give them a call assuming I would just leave a voicemail and get a return call after the holidays. Imagine my surprise when someone answered and offered to come right away. I said that we could manage fine until after the holidays. They were able to come out the very next morning.

I purchased my house recently and I had zero knowledge about boiler systems, however the guys explained how my system works, common issues, and proper usage. They did a very thorough cleaning on my boiler and gave it a long overdue service. When they were finished they did a great job buttoning everything back up and leaving it in better condition than when they arrived. I feel I was charged very fairly and reasonably for the work that was done.

This is a trustworthy family owned company and I cannot recommend them enough.

I've used this company to service my home's AC in the past. This past week, I needed them again. They were out maybe two hours after I called. They work fast and are very friendly.

Quick and great service by very knowledgeable technicians. Had a routine service done and the work was performed quickly, they came out in a timely manner, and charged a reasonable price. Will be using again.

Have used again for a heating issue during the cold winter months to which they came out immediately and fixed the issue with top priority. Charged a good rate and had me back up in running in no time.

I used Central Heating and Plumbing in the past and they are just horrible. Central is very disrespectful, non-professional, and has horrible policies for responding to emergency heating issues in a timely manner (was told a min of 2-4 days with only a half hour notice to be given before). Go with Caldwell Heating and not Central Heating, you won't regret it.

I was "THAT" Guy on this last Christmas waking up to No Heat! I was on the waiting list with another company for the next morning until Caldwells called back and they fit me on Christmas Night. Luckily or call it being stocked and prepared, they had my broken part and fixed me up with heat that evening. Would recommend! LifeSavers (really)

After having a horrific experience with my Home Warranty company, AHS, I called Caldwell after my furnace stopped working 4 days prior. The temperature outside was averaging 20 degrees and was about 42 in the house. Having 2 children and a dog living in the house with me, I was getting very concerned for them. AHS was not helping and giving me the runaround about allowing me to contact a different service provider, being that they contacted Service Express (Don’t every use then, they never returned any of my 10 phone calls and never showed up for the appointment)

I ended up calling Caldwell and when I got in contact with someone, they immediately came out and serviced my unit. Within 20 minutes he dismissed the issue and was able to get my furnace running. I can’t begin to thank him and his company for the day Abe knowledgeable service that he provided. Thank you thank you thank you!

I am not going to comment on the service I received from this company. I am going to however comment that this company was very honest in their mistake. I give them a 3 because of what went on at first, but as an honest business I give them a 5 for owning up to us!

This appointment was for routine maintenance and to repair an overflow leak. After $1200 the job still wasn't done properly. I called them back to finish repairing the leak and for the return visit they charged me another $100 service fee to complete fixing the original problem. Don't use them!

Caldwell Heating & Cooling has been our go to professional service for any kind of HVAC work and maintenance. When we did an extensive remodel of a house that included completely gutting the house and taking out a very antiquated boiler system and several very old radiators, Terry engineered and designed a new HVAC system, put in completely new ductwork from the ground up, zoned our house, and put in a new furnace and AC unit - this was all in addition to dismantling the boiler system and removing a house full of ancient radiators. I can't say enough about the quality of work that Terry and Caldwell Heating & Cooling do. We very satisfied customers and will continue to use Caldwell Heating & Cooling for all of our HVAC needs. A+

Been working there couple weeks and learning alot.awesome family to work for.dnt know how much faith people put in here but lady that gave one side of her story so i need to say the other side of thé store. She recieved her money back and had a new furnace put in. Also the old furnace could have been repaired. Hope this helps.leave comments or questions are very much welcome

If I could give 0 stars I would. We called Caldwell on a Saturday night after googling for a service in the area to service our non-working service. He and another man show up first thing Sunday morning (which was much appreciated). He then replaced what was called a faulty fuse after being in the basement for less than 5 minutes and charged us $150 (said this was a deal because he usually charges $190 to show up, but that since the job was so easy we got some money off.great!) But then Sunday night our heater turned off again and our house fills with a horrible electric smell. So we call back and he says he will come back out next day. Missed his call at 9: 22am and after calling him back 7 times and speaking with the secretary twice STILL never heard back. After talking to him today he claims he called back at 3: 00 which he didn’t because I was anxiously awaiting his call with 2 freezing children! Needless to say we found another guy in the meantime who agreed we got taken! Mr. Caldwell admitted to NOT Even taking the paneling off cuz he “didn’t need to”. Good thing we paid $150 for him to assume the faulty fuse happened for.no reason? And yes we had to purchase a new furnace or completely rebuild the switch board and motor. Thanks for nothing Mr. Caldwell! If you want a reliable and honest heating service do NOT Caldwell!
