So very pleased with my first visit. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Dr. Jill was so nice and thorough. Everything was explained and everyone is so caring. Thanks so much.

Vet was impersonal in her demeanor and dismissive of my questions.

I love this vet! Dr. Jill is so good with my dog and cat. I wish they did exotic animals too!

The vet isn't particularly good with his words, but he does good work for a fair price. Has helped my dog in two emergencies so far and has patched him up good as new.

My dad's dog is also a patient here.

My dad's dog is old and has bad teeth, his gum is swollen so I called for a appointment (3x's).

Got a call back on the 3rd try,
I told here the issue with the dog,
She said she didn't have time for it.
So I asked when she would.
(She totally acted like she didn't want bothered by it)

The women then asked if our dog was a patient, yes he is.
She then says yeah but.they don't come here often enough for me to want to see them.

She made the issue very uncomfortable, to the point I did not take the next appointment,
So she then hung up the phone on me.

I will never attempt again.
Greed is a real thing & so is karma.

Caldwell Dr's and staff are great. People and very caring I would recommend this vet office to everyone they explain everything in detail so you understand and what your options are they don't empty your pocket book either they show great concern about your pet I thank you caldwell it's been ruff losing bear this office should win an award

We love Dr Jill and the staff. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a very kind and caring office. Everyone is great! Prices are very reasonable too.
