Work looks good for most part. Missed installation of some plastic rivets on underside. Took 7 months to get vehicle in for repairs

Easy! To start off. Nicole (I really hope that’s your name I’m bad with names) who answered the phone, set up everything for me is one of the sweetest people. Great customer service! She gave me times and dates. I switched on her a bunch and she didn’t even flinch. Completely courteous the entire time. She even called my rental company for me to come pick me up! Told me if I forget anything in my vehicle to come back anytime and pick it up. Which was true. I showed up the next day because I forgot some important work items and she showed me personally to my car to get them. Again. Super courteous!

Through out the process I received text message updates which I preferred and they even answered questions I had within a reasonable about of time!

When it was all said and done they called me to let me know I was done. I came, they took care of my rental return for me, showed me my freshly washed and fixed car. They even vacuumed my interior. It was like a new car.

I can’t say this enough. I didn’t have to do much of anything but show up. Best customer service experience I think I ever had. Amazing. Love it!

Ps: the guarantee their work. Gave me an official pamphlet with the warranty and all!

Worst job done on my car. After a few months the paint started to peeling and you can tell the work was minimum.

After being rear ended. Caliber Collision made the repair process as smooth as can be. Nicole and David were amazing at keeping communication throughout the repair. I had my car back in 8 days which is extremely fast. My car looks as new as it did before the accident. 5/5 would recommend.

I was backed into back in December and my car was damaged. When I took it for the initial estimate, they didn't include the window because they said they have to take it apart to assess the damage so they took a note of it (they refused to fix the window). I also mentioned everything that was supposed to be included with the repair. They didn't repair the door and when I got it back, the top corner of the mirror is not flush to the car. They said there was nothing more they could do. Now I have to go and take my car somewhere else to have them fix what caliber wouldn't.

My car got forklifted by a company near the filmore the night of a concert. I wasn’t supposed to be parked there but I was in and out to give eric bellinger a painting. Soon after my side body panel strip at the bottom was coming off and I called cottman caliber collision and they fixed it the next day. Now it’s tight and safe for my daughter to get in and out the car. They really helped me out being a single mom. One less worry on the road. Thank you

When communicating with the shop during the first part of the process, they gave false information. They also did not give updates until after communicating with my insurance. The only communication we heard was that the vehicle would not be ready for at least 4 to 5 months. Once I contacted my insurance to contact them, they magically had all the parts within 72 hours. It was a frustrating process during a stressful time. The manager did not seem to care.

Very professional and friendly place. When i got the car back, it looked brand new. They text you often to let you know about your car and thoroughly explain the process.

Perfect and fast service. I wasn't available to pick up my car the first day after they cleaned it. So the next morning it rained they cleaned it again so it was shiny when I got my priua back
