Caliber Collision, Narberth PA

This repair shop is the worst! They did a very lousy job in repairing my car. They tricked me into signing on the document and picking up my car by promising that they would correct the bad repair and provide me the car rental later when they are not busy. But they refused to keep their words later.

Excellent service, staff is very respectful & nice. Makes your feel good to leave your car knowing it's in good hands!

Car repair itself was fine, but the communication and setting expectations was handled poorly. I feel as though it is likely not the employees fault but instead a company wide issue around what they are told to tell customers. The people are very nice, but taking a car in and then doing nothing for a full week is unacceptable.

Caliber Collison recently fixed my rear bumper on my car. I had many dents and scratches and it now looks like new! Outside of my new car, the care that I received from the staff was amazing! I will recommend everyone to Caliber Collison.

They were outstanding. I took my care here after an accident, and the car looked like new upon pickup. Just as important, they provided me with status updates throughout the repairs and delivered it back to me on time. This is the best car repair/auto body shop I've ever used.

Horrible customer service. Stopped by to try to get a quick estimate for some paint damage and was told the next available appointment for an ESTIMATE is in September. Seriously? It's July. Fine, will take my business elsewhere.

Seems like a very good place. Set up my appointment and called me back to let me know I could have an earlier appointment. Waiting on the finished product. But I'm sure they're on the level.

I brought my car here to have driver side mirror replaced and it came out great and car looked nice and clean and brand new as well. Would recommend as well.

My car was hit while parked on the street. Through my insurance company I used Caliber Collision. I have to say they do great work. My car looks fantastic and much better than it did prior to it being hit. The car was washed and waxed and they cleaned out the interior as well. They do awesome work, plus the car was done 3 days earlier than initially promised. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and communication about what I could expect. They did the repair and got the car back to me earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again and I wish more businesses could work like this.

Found them through USAA after a UHaul hit my parked car. They were able to get me scheduled promptly and kept me updated the whole time. Quality repair work too. No complaints.

Repaired accident damage to vehicles driver side, removed & replaced door, repaired small dents & scratches & repaint. Quality work and I was kept informed of progress daily. Would definitely use their shop again.

After 7 weeks of waiting to get an estimate, taking the car for an estimate, scheduling the repair, and waiting for the repair, it wasn't until THE MORNING I DROPPED THE CAR OFF that they told me it would take 2 weeks to fix the minor fender dent on our car. We were clear from the very beginning that ours would be a self-pay repair, but no one ever mentioned how long it would take, that we might want to look into a rental car, etc. The lack of communication was very frustrating, and now we are back to square one looking for a new body shop. Would not recommend.
