Not only did my car come on time (not even 1 delay, but their service was great and respectful! The repairs were also pretty great.

Someone hit me from behind so their insurance took me to Caliber. We had another ding from a previous accident that had not been repaired and they not only took care of the damage but helped clean it up the part that wasn’t theirs. It was so thoughtful, and they kept me in touch with the whole process. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. My car looks brand new. There was no hassle & really fast repair. Nothing in my life has ever went as smoothly as my experience with Caliber Collision. Dropped my car off, they Explained everything, they ordered my rental car to pick me up, and I was able to drop the rental off at the shop and they returned it for me. Additionally I got text updates on my car repair every step of the way. When your car needs repair it’s frustrating and inconvenient and caliber took the headache out of this process. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and Jackie was amazing with keeping me posted, explaining everything and did an amazing job on my car. It’s never looked better. The experience seemed almost too good to be true. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Quick, precise, proficient and extremely courteous. Could not have asked for a better experience overall. Loved the fact that I was able to leave my rental at their facility and they took care of the return process of the rental. My car was fixed sooner than they first quoted me. Wow. I am flabbergasted. 10/10 must Try again tee hee.

I had my catalytic converter stolen and my insurance company had recommended this place. They were absolutely fantastic. Jackie took great care of me called me with updates let me know every step and everything that was going on with my car car. My car came back perfectly clean and in a couple of days could not have that asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them.

If you need bodywork done, this place is by far the best in town. Exceptional service. Friendly, thoughtful, considerate and the actual work is prestine. They'll go above and beyond even if an insurance Co is trying to make them use subpar parts. They will persist until they get the perfect parts

Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Jackie and the whole team were very helpful from start to finish. In less than a week; they ordered new parts, assembled, painted, and cleaned my car (even with Thanksgiving in the way). Jackie even stayed after hours so I could pick my car up before the weekend to avoid additional rental charges. (I work night shift, so this was very valuable to me.) Overall, a great team with a great representative to get you through the process!

My truck went in after being side swiped on the passenger side while at caliber my truck got hit on the driver side needing a new door and fender I had to wait until the company that hit my truck to ok repairs (not sure why they hit my truck) so a job they said would take 2-3 weeks ended up taking almost 2 full months

Caliber was quick at taking my car in, worked around my busy schedule, Jackie and the crew there really care for their customers, thanks again to everybody there, would highly recommend!
