This was the first time I've ever used Caliber Collision. I had an insurance claim and once they connected with my insurance company, they took care of all the communications to my insurance company. Jolene at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Justin was my contact. He kept me informed about the progress of my car repairs. It took longer than expected to finish my car, but they gave me the heads up about that.

Repairs were done in a timely fashion and communication during the entire process was superb.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from this location. The front desk personnel were especially helpful, and I was kept up to date on the status of the repair of my vehicle throughout the entire process. Though I hope to not need these services again, if I do, I will definitely go back to the Ephrata Caliber Collision.

The body work is satisfactory, but they left the interior of the vehicle covered with dust. They must have had the back hatch up while sanding. Everything including seat belts, headrests, seats, plastic surfaces were covered in fine dust. Not very professional or welcoming. Additionally, the alignment is off. I don't know that the photos show the dust well.

I had work done there months ago and they did good work but broke the flair that goes over my wheel well and they had it in for idk how long and forgot to call me to let me know they had it in but they were very apologetic and I am on the schedule to get it done.

This placecwas great there was great cummunication and they went above and beyond make sure everything is right.

Outstanding work, great customer service and they keep you updated the entire time they are working on your car. They turn an unpleasant situation into a great one. They definitely have great customer service and excellent workers. Couldn’t ask for more.

They fixed my Mercedes Benz after being rear ended by a teenager. My car looks awesome. You can’t tell that anything happened to it. They also wash the exterior so it came back looking sharp. I really appreciated that part! They were also excellent at sending me updates throughout the process, so I knew what to expect.
