California Tortilla, Levittown PA

Love this place! The service from Lauren was great, she was very friendly, efficient, and best of all the food prepared was just to my liking. Will be coming back again!

The third time they got my order wrong in only a couple of months. Also, without exaggerating for the sake of the poor experience, the chicken is still so dry and chewy like the first 2 times. These people do not care about your food and they do not deserve your business.

I am very disappointed, I walked in and stood there for 30 minutes and no one even came to the counter to help me. There was someone behind the counter and he walked right past me without even acknowledging that I was there. I really do like their food, but that way I was ignored left a bad taste in my mouth. I

I was here this past weekend. The woman at the counter was extremely courteous towards me and very pleasant to speak with. The food was hot and delicious, and my overall experience here was fantastic. I love the hot sauce selection, the customer service was great, and I with definitely be back again in the future.

There is a long dark hair in my burrito… I’ve heard bad things from other people but I figured I’d try. Don’t make my mistake

I used to go to the California Tortilla at Red Lion in Philly. That place rocked. Was at the Langhorne location at 11: 45 AM today. There was nobody in the place and it took a really long time to complete an order for two. In addition, the food quality just wasn'tthere. I ordered chicken with my tacos and I saw them deep frying it to heat it up. If I wanted deep fried chicken, I would have went to KFC. The tacos had queso on them and were soggy by the time I got home. They could have easily put the queso on the side knowing it was a to-go order. I was suppose to get tortilla strips with my chili order and it was just a bag of crumbs. We did not eat the soggy tacos. I won't be going back.

Food wasn’t that good. For the amount you spend you might as well just go to Chipotle. Ingredients didn’t mesh well together and everything tasted bland or salty. Queso was decent though.

The cashier was yelling loudly about Bobby not giving her a paystub. The food was ok. Hot sauce bar was non existent — most bottles empty or expired. The cashier was visibly on drugs or under the influence. Kind of scary.

When ordering I specified for an allergry for gluten free. They changed gloves at first but then tried to heat up shells on a cooktop that just had flour tortillas. Then they kept touching other flour tortillas and moving the box of my food around with the same gloves taht just touched the flour tortillas. Not confident in their abilities to handle allergies. Very diappointed.

I love the quesadillas but the staff is horrible at following minor instructions. I was already having a bad day and stopped to get one so I could eat something with my migraine medicine and all I asked was for screaming sauce instead of Pico and sour cream both of which gross me out and this is nowhere near where I live. When I got home there was Pico and sour cream and no screaming sauce. I get the quesadilla with screaming sauce and it's the whole reason I get it. By time I got home and realized this my food was already cold and my migraine was worse. Seriously it's a small request it's not that hard. This place is not anywhere near as good as it used to be. Tried to call back and see if someone could give me a credit towards a new quesadilla but no one answered

I was just in the one at 1295 Lincoln hwy Levittown pa 19056 nasty cashier she standing talking to an other coworker tapping a bleeding cut in the corner of her lips than proceed to take my order while placing the bloody tissue on the counter than think it was ok to touch my food because she put a new glove on without washing her hand the worst is she did not think there was anything wrong with that very disappointing it is my to go place so close to my house. I end up canceling my order

Been to California many times and the constant is - everyone is so nice! Must be why everyone at the Langhorne California tortilla are so awesome! Thank you for great service!

Food came out fast but that's where the positives end. Luke warm food, small portion of meat and the queso was water. If I wasn't on the job and desperate I would have asked for a refund. I'm dealing with a stomach ache instead. Yuck! Would have put negative stars of I could. Just ew.

Picking up an order for DoorDash and the lady that claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude

This was my first time here and I thought the food was pretty good. I had a big burrito and I loved that it was a BIG burrito!

Would give zero stars if I could. I got a steak burrito with no veggies and it was 100% sour cream and tomatoes with a tiny bit of steak at the very bottom of my burrito. Should’ve got Steve’s instead.

The chicken in my bowel was from last week. They don't have time to cut their veggies properly and the food tasted old with a hint of stored smell. I have eaten some bad food but this tops it. OR may be it was just the time we went. We just eat a couple spoons and left. Felt like I was going to throw up.

The food is still good but this location very much seems like it's surviving on take out orders. The wall of sauce is still gone (understandable, I suppose) and the freestyle machine was missing about 70% of its flavors. Plus most of the lights were off so its definitely not the most welcoming dine-in experience.

Some of the worst food I’ve had in a while literally threw out $35 worth of food and went to Taco Bell, this stuff wasn’t even edible I almost threw up.

The food was dry Like a Sahara dessert and smell of the restaurant felt I was in a hospital overall the food was horrible, tell the owner to fix this place the chips were the only decent food!
