Such a great shop! Had awful experience this morning at sonys autoshop in harrisburg that ripped me off 40 bucks for them to do nothing just for having made the appt and still didn't do the alignment I asked for and tried to charge 160 for one freaking tire, so I was super stressed and upset and they worked me in today did the alignment like I asked and was so great and honest about my tires. The woman who answers the phone was very nice too! Cant thank them enough for today! Hands down best shop I think I have been too! Mike was super patient and helpful about everything!

The best. They are honest, don’t overcharge and take care of cars as if they were their own car. You can’t go wrong with these guys

By far the most honest shop around! Had a car that "needed a new transmission" according to 3 other local shops - turns out the car was completely out of transmission fluid and that was the only issue. Will definitely be going here from now on and recommending to everyone I know.

If I could give less stars I would. They wasted an entire work day just to tell me they would not put tires on my vehicle. Now I have to drive on 3 bad tires and hope they don't blow while driving to go to another vendor. Thanks for nothing.

I went to Callen Kinback because my son and his friend recommended it. I was finally able to get an appointment for today, so I had my car towed early in the morning (I did not want to risk driving it with the moaning and battery light on and then it stops when the car goes on the railroad tracks!). I was told that they would contact me by phone at some point. I got a call at around 2 p.m. And yes, it was the alternator that was the problem. I was quoted a price (very reasonable!) and asked if leaving the car there was an option. I said yes, since I really didn't have to have them finish it at once if they were fully booked. I could easily pick it up a day or two after. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Sam telling me that my car was ready (that was around 4: 30 p.m.) so, since I was at a nearby shopping center, I walked to the shop. I also scheduled a battery change, since my car is going into four years two months from now (it had a battery when I bought it nearly four years ago). Reasonable price and same day service was more than what I expected. I am happy that I now have service closer to home. Thank you very much, Callen Kinback Inc!

Callen Kinback is the only auto shop I'll go to. They are honest and don't try to oversell you anything you don't need and they do great work.

Friendly people, exceptional fast service! My buggy is 8 years old and will need more than tires soon. I will be back to Callen Kinback for future vehicle services.

I was traveling in the NE and discovered I needed new tires while in Lemoyne PA. I can’t say enough about the professional way this business operates at all levels. They communicate well and seem to pay attention to process and details.

It’s a honest business. I trust them. I have been going heee for years. When they say your car is ready aka fixed it is fixed. I highly recommend this place.

I am very happy with the excellent service I've received from Callen Kinback. They do great work at a reasonable price and have even saved me money. They are really good about getting my vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner and they clearly explain what needs repaired.
