Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg PA

My Mother-in-law was at another facility in Westmoreland county - it was the only one available to us at that time. It was not even on our list of places we wanted her at. It was heart wrenching.

I spent 5 days a week driving there from Northern Cambria and my husband drove down on his days off to make sure she was receiving proper care. It was exhausting both mentally and physically.

It was a long wait for Cambria Care Center but worth it. Brandi is amazing! It was like crawling out of a dark basement into the light - a facility where everyone is involved, caring, compassionate, & is led by a well oiled machine.

From day one we met PT, OT, ST, Social Workers, Nurses introduced themselves, Activity workers talked with us, custodial services chatted - just everyone. It was amazing.

The Quarterly Meeting was a blessing to meet everyone and to know we had people from every department to reach out to with any questions we may have. Matt with MA is a blessing! I would be lost without him.

Lisa and Kasey in social services have been so kind in helping our family navigate our mother-in-law's needs and future goals. Just knowing there is an open door to knock on and have an ear to listen is enough in itself for a family.

We are still learning names at CCC but everyone is so helpful from the moment you walk in at the receptionists desk.

Thank you everyone at CCC from our family for making not only our Mother-in-law's stay comfortable and safe but also our involvement and understanding easier and less stressful.

When there is a nurse there who is not wearing a mask in public and then coming to work there and refusing to get the vaccine are your loved ones safe? LPN Wilkinson needs to be addressed.

This facility employs people who spread misinformation and don’t care to protect the general public. Negligent behavior and not abiding by cdc guildelines.

Nurses don’t wear PPE especially outside of work. They host large gatherings and claim that “masks don’t work” while they are taking medical responsibilities of others in a pandemic.

Want to make it known that a nurse or maybe a cna who knows, who works here does NOT wear a mask outside of work. Meaning she is risking the possibility of catching and spreading Covid to ALL patients and staff here. Claims she only wears it at work to protect her patients when she’s falsely stating that masks don’t work. This is not an employee to have in this business or in any place where healthcare workers are needed. This is not a profession/field for her.

My father in-law has been in there for a week. Every time that we have tried to call him, we've been told no. It shouldn't take an act of God to speak to a loved one.

I was there just until Saturday. Please dont let your loved ones go the.i just filed suit against them for neglect and more.
