If I could give this place 0 stars, that’s what they would get. Autoimmune disease here.called this place to inquire about a scooter or electric wheelchair, after calling my insurance company.insurance stated that they cover some portable electric wheelchairs and scooters. I have a 200 foot restriction. Called “Stella“ to tell her that insurance company states they in fact do cover some portable devices.and she got NASTY—told me “well, I can’t get you one. ”
If you’re handicapped, DO NOT trust what this idiot tells patients, go somewhere else! You have been warned.
