Such a gorgeous resort and lodge nestled in the mountains of the Poconos at Camelback. The rooms are beautiful and large enough to fit 5 people comfortably. They have a couple of nice restaurants to eat while your stay and a nice bar. When you go downstairs, you find a massive arcade that everyone can play for hours. They also have a coffee shop and a shop to buy souvenirs and apparel. A great place to stay and play if your in the Camelback area.

Me an my kids stayed here last week an was bitten by bed bugs and they damaged me an my family’s property in the process of trying to treat the room, they try to insult my intelligence by telling me it was a bug but not a bed bug smh I clearly have a video showing it was a bed bug, my kids couldn’t even enjoy their trip

They kicked you out at 11am and the water park opens at 1pm forcing you to go home because the wait time, just go for the day and don't waste your money staying in the hotel.

I've been here several years running with the exception of last year due to Covid. It used to be a solid 4 star experience, even when crowded. During this last visit (2021) there have been a number of changes that are really disappointing. They charge for parking overnight now. This is a fee that almost 100 percent of people who stay are forced to pay. The parking lot isn't super convenient in the first place. Several rides were closed that were our favorites. The staff just says "we are going to try to open it later" and it never opens. We have always had dinner at the buffet. This year it is closed for dinner service which leaves pizza or Trails End Grill. The latter is very expensive and takes a long time to get food after being seated. The arcade gives out a crazy amount of paper tickets. They are basically worthless though because you need 1000s to get any prizes which are terrible on the whole. This is exciting for kids but awful for adults. Every person spends 15 minutes or more putting the tickets into the ticket counting machine. This causes lines that are really frustrating. People just walk around with arm fulls of tickets and then the kids can find anything worth spending them on. The arcade was also expanded, but all of the added games are gambling style/chance games, not fun interactive games.

Many of the employees were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are decent and clean.

I know it's hard for businesses to deal with Covid related rules. However, because Camelback opens the indoor water park late in the day there are large lines to get in. These lines are right next to the arcade ticket lines which are already large. This funnels a CRAZY amount of people into a small area, and NO one wore a mask. I get that asking patrons to put on masks is tough, especially for employees who do the asking. Instead management has to prevent these sorts of lines from occuring in the first place by changing opening times or other basic functional changes.

We have come to this park several times and we were very happy with our experience. This time was different. We got slapped with a $25 per night "self parking" fee that we weren't told about until we checked in. Then we were told that the indoor waterpark did not open until 1pm each day. However, their outdoor waterpark was open at 10 am and we could go there for an additional $38 per person per day. There are two other nearby waterpark resorts that don't charge the parking fee and include their outdoor waterpark in your stay. We will be going to one of these next time instead of Camelback.

I went to Kalahari resorts before coming to this place and it was much much better! You get charged for everything at Camelback separately. You pay for parking, for things in the room, and the water rides which are at Camelbeach.you pay separately for everything. It's not like that at Kalahari.

Good overall experience. Food at their restaurants needs drastic improvement, but that said, places like this are not known for their fine dining

Loads of fun for the family. Comfortable rooms if you stay the 2 nights or more. You leave there very relaxed.

We stayed at the Lodge and enjoyed it. The room was clean and tidy and there was a mini fridge. There is an enormous indoor and outdoor water park so you can visit throughout the year. The water attractions are geared toward various ages so there is something for everyone. There are shower facilities, towels and lockers. Additionally, there is a large arcade and eateries so there really isn't a reason to go off-site. We will definitely visit again.

Good sized rooms and well maintained resort. This is a fantastic place for families as there are more activities then you'll know what to do with. Any time of year this is a great place for a family vacation where you can turn your tween/teens loose and enjoy outdoor and indoor adventures.

We went during their slow season so we got a great deal on Groupon! We have an 18 month old and 3 year old and they both really enjoyed Aquatopia (which is why we went). I think it will be even better when they are about 2-3 years older. They staff was very helpful and friendly. I took away 1 star because the beds in our room were very uncomfortable, there was cobwebs in the corner of our room and someone was playing loud music until 10pm.

Spent the day at Aquatopia with my family. What a fun place! Great slides and water features and a safe place for the kids. We will be back for sure!

Great family place. The staff is super hospitable. The accomodations are really nice. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the restaurants inside the resort are a bit over priced and the arcade is also pricey. The food inside Aquatopia is fairly reasonable, though.

Went there this past weekend 10/06. The valet guys are very friendly and welcomed us. Check in was quick. Fatima checked us in, shes was OK to dealt with, we were excited to be there to celebrate our son birthday and she seems like she just wanted to get rid of us! The room was immaculate! The indoor water park was clean.the food was good. We also did the zip line.overall VERY nice stay!

I enjoyed the water park here. The lodge staff were quite helpful. The staff at the water park though didn't seem very friendly.
