Camp Bow Wow, Monroeville PA

My dog was hurt while in their care and I was not informed about it. No empathy from management. He then got really sick from going there despite being fully vaccinated. He will not be returning.

They are very friendly and obviously care about the dogs!
The people who work there are just the best!

I wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how amazing Camp Bow Pittsburgh East is to me and my two dogs, Dougie and Duke. My dogs love to attend camp and I love sending them. My dogs are like my children and trusting them to someone else's care can be scary. However, when they are with the staff at Bow Wow, I do not worry. I have seen significant improvements in the facility recently and I am confident that is a credit to Carli. She is doing a great job in her new role and has most certainly earned it! Plus, she and Kari are two of the most amazing employees you have! They are attentive, forward-thinking, efficient, and most importantly, know and love my dogs as their own! These two ladies are phenomenal and I am thankful they are the ones I leave my fur babies with on camp days!

I imagine, there are many thankless aspects of the job but I wanted to make sure the staff, specifically Carli and Kari, know that they are appreciated and their efforts are noticed!

We loved having our dog there while away. It’s much easier & less stressful than having someone in the home. She had constant company and came home happy, tired & exercised

Love love love. They are so nice and considerate. I trust my babies with them. The staff are wonderful. I couldn't go anywhere else. They have been helpful and supportive and my pups are so so happy when they come home from playing with their friends. My girl even had a boyfriend there.

We are very happy with Camp Bow Wow. The employees are very friendly with the customers and the doggies! We especially like the ability to watch our dog at play on the Camper Cam. We like that an employee is in the play room at all times with the dogs. We have had our dog's nails clipped while at Camp Bow Wow and we can get her bathed also. Camp Bow Wow offers training for our dog, if we wanted. I recommended Camp Bow to everyone who has a dog, that needs some socialization and to the parents that may need a break too:)

Fabulous in every way. The best in anything doggie related, the fur babies always treated like Kings and Queens!

My dog LOVES going to camp! He is so excited to see his friends every week and everyone knows him by name as soon as we walk in. Everyone at CBW knows him and his personality and are SO SWEET to him. Most days when I pick him up he’s not ready to leave but he’s always tired and happy when we get home!

We recently moved to PA from MI and were excited to learn that we can switch over our information between local Camp Bow Wow's very easily. The team at Pittsburgh East was very nice and our dogs love it there!

We absolutely love CBW! Our dog gets so excited every time we take her here for day care. The staff here are so great and very clearly care about the dogs. I also love that you can always watch the webcams to check in on your dog!

Their employees treat my girls like they are their own fur-babies. No matter how long they stay or how many days they go, they are always excited to go back.

I have been bringing my 5 month old puppy to camp bow wow Monroeville for several weeks now. Everyone has been great! Excellent customer service! My puppy loves her time there. I have used daycare, boarding, and training and have been very pleased. Their checkin and checkout process is very convenient. Special thanks to Sara (certified trainer), Katelyn, Kerri, and Karly for their kindness, patience, and professionalism.

The staff genuinely love the animals and care about their wellbeing. A camp counselor was attentive and proactive when my dog became sick while at camp. Without asking, the remainder of my pet's stay was credited to my account. They maintain a great culture and I'm happy using them again knowing my furbaby is in good hands!
