Campbell's Tree Service, Cresco PA

Great experience for us. Workers are polite, skilled, efficient, and easy to work with. Shared with us needs we may not have known about. A big plus for my husband…. Very unique and impressive equipment.

We were given an estimate and date to do the work (remove four large trees). Andy and his crew never showed up, no phone calls, no text message, no communications whatsoever. After several calls/messages from us he finally called back to say he was in bed with a cold. He told us to call him next week to see if he had any openings as he was so busy with other calls and could not remember the tree job details or location.

After we again called back and set up a date/time for the next week, he assured us he was now open and ready to work. We all arranged our schedules to accommodate him. He never showed up that week- no communications at all. We called and left message. When he finally returned the message he said he was too busy with other jobs and became extremely arrogant, raising his voice, condescending, nasty and never offered an apology, no consideration for others. 100% unprofessional!

Took down 3 trees in very precarious spots close to the house and wires. Not a branch hit the roof and left the area clean!

Very happy with the service. We just had 6 trees cut down. These people worked hard and clean. We'll hire them again.

Campbell's Tree Service did a wonderful job on a very big White Oak next to our house and over the roof! They cleaned up and cut the wood beautifully. We kept all the wood for firewood. We are going to call them for our next tree. We just had our second tree taken down, a big Red Oak over our driveway. Again, a wonderful job.ground down the stump. Excellent!

I just can't say enough about Campbell's Tree Service. Mr Campbell most definitely delivered as he promised. Great customer service paired with fantastic work. Thank you so very much!
