No response nor reply via phone nor email platform. I left a voicemail for the leasing office and have not heard back in the last 3 business days

They have mice really bad total of 11 within the past couple of months have been caught. Maintenance doesn’t really do anything that works besides put down traps and bait. We had to literally tell them to find the hole and seal it. The exterminator came a couple times and did the same each time sprayed dust and put bait. They have not gotten rid of the problem and we will be moving. If you like mice then it’s the perfect place.

Very nice place. Maybe best in Morrisville. You may not get a parking spot directly in front of your door but there is parking.
