Cancun, Fairless Hills PA

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants since it opened until today when I saw roach climbing on top of the booth. At first I wasn’t sure if it was. But, when I read the reviews there were pictures of one from someone that was there two weeks earlier and it was mentioned in another review as well. So disappointed.

Very large portions
We had the shrimp cocktails
And some other dishes and everything was quick to come out and tasted very good
Margarita pitcher was a great option for us! The ice cream and churro dessert was to die for!
Service was cordial and fast!

Authentic Mexican atmosphere and food. So many choices, all fabulous homemade salsa, pico de gallo (delicious) tacos, enchiladas, burritos, ala carte sides. Margaritas and beers. Servers are very attentive. Best Mexican restaurant in the area! Can't wait to go back.

Called to make reservation. "we only take reservations for 10 or more ppl". Okay.well if we get there and there's a line, my wife will not want to wait. "okay, the line should not be long". He did not care to lose a customer to take a reservation, and their lines can be long

Flavorless. We ordered 2 chicken fajitas, nuggets and fries for the kiddo (which were actually good), 3 fountain drinks and horchata. $65.00 for flavorless food and bad service which made the whole experience just miserable. Prepare to spend a pretty penny and wait long to order your food. The wait time to even get the check was just crazy. Plenty of people helping and standing around so they were not busy. Don’t come here unless you’re willing to take the risk.

Delicious food and affordably priced. I had the beef fajitas for dinner and two beers. The beer specials are very inexpensive.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO HAVE AUTHENTIC FOOD, SUPERB SERVICE, AND A SUPER ATMOSPHERE! The owner is a fantastic man who always greets you and acknowledges your patronage

The food was OKAY. Was giving burnt food. The guacamole was really good though. The service was awful. The waitress would just walk away mid request, ignored another guest at the table, closed the menu on said guest, we had to keep asking a different waitress because ours was just refusing, walked away while guest were midorder, refused to give change back saying they didn’t have it but all of a sudden did, and gratuity was included in bill. Overall not a great experience. Won’t come back.

Took 20 mins to get our food. Other table that came after us. Food arrived within 5 to 8 mins. When food got to our table. It was tasteless. We were disappointed. Have been here before and food was always good. But not today.

Group of six we ordered chicken fajitas were good but tortilla were small and we had to order more. We also had cheese quesadilla the were pathetic small tortilla folded with little cheese inside. The did bring another one out the chicken flauta was good. Someone ordered beef Burrito that was good. The nachos one of the people had were plentiful and delicious. Service was nice and attentive.

Worst experience! Usually I love this place, food is great and the people that work there are so nice but I made a reservation for my sister in law’s birthday for 15 people and when we ALL show up… they tell me we don’t have that and can’t accommodate us! Apparently the manager never told anyone about it! After everyone was staring at us they told us we can wait for an hour and then we can be seated… I took my business elsewhere that immediately accommodated us! Makes me sad because this was one of my favorite places to eat

Perfect as always. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Menu is creative, food is delicious and fresh, and service is very friendly.

We went there after seeing a very high rating this restaurant had, but honestly food was nowhere near higher than 1 star. Everything was soggy, salsa was very watery and no onions or nothing else, just the tomato. Guacamole was also very dull and watery. Food tasted like it was reheated for us, so it was very soggy and chewy.

This place is always on their A game. Food is always great, lovely servers, and the manager is always there and making sure everyone is having a great time. 1000% recommend this as one of the best Mexican food places.

04-06-2023 family night out to eat 14 of us, Food was good, drinks were not good, was very disappointed, it was not like it was a fluke and one drink was off, but 6 of us all said to same thing, i feel bad giving this poor review but we spent a lot of money sorry to say

Came in with 5 adults and 2 baby’s and a toddler. I’m assuming a new waitress seats us.she is out worldly rude. She doesn’t ask for my drink order. My sister asks for attention. Waitress puts her hand up at her and rushes away twice. My choriqueso was burnt. Asked for a new one from a different waitress (bless her). Get a new one (better). I tell her I’m ordering 4 things. 1 for my mom and 2 to go. I order 2 of the items and she closes her book and abruptly walks away. I tell her “I’m sorry I’m not done” and she looks around like I’m a a crazed whale and ordering 4 entrees for myself. And even if I was I did not need the attitude. Lastly she tries to add gratuity which my party wasn’t large enough for because I sat in some section. Ask the other waitress for assistance. She takes the gratuity off. Afterwards I’m trying to pay in cash with the original waitress and she tries to say she doesn’t have change. Like what? You’re gonna just lie right to my face? I finally get my change back and she has no coins. Whatever at this point. You’re still going to get a tip even if this was the worst service I’ve experienced. Give her her tip doesn’t say thank you just walks off. If it wasn’t for the other waitress I wouldn’t come back here. Absolutely awful experience and I only saw my waitress 4 times through my meal.

So we wanted to try something new so we came here. All was well food was good but I was severely off put by playing peekaboo with a roach that liked my booth for some reason

Delicious food, very welcoming. Our server Gale was so sweet and checked up on us throughout our dinner. Definitely will come back

I didn't like the food. I ordered potato burrito it was tasteless and was soggy too. All of the Food we ordered was cold. Price is high and the food they serve is not up to the mark to that price.
