Great experience boarding here dog warden was there to do there inspection they passed with flying colors i have boarded with Lisa for well over 18 years and it's always been a great experience highly recommend this kennel despite one bad false review.
We recently kenneled four of our dogs here for 8 days and when we picked them up, my oldest dog had fecal matter caked to his back side and in his paw pads, and is also unable to bear weight on his right leg now. Two of my dogs have had terrible diarrhea for 5 days now. We were not told of their gut issues until we saw our dogs and she didn't even know which dogs had diarrhea. Two
of the four dogs have lost over 5 pounds and can see their spine. They had a clean bill of health from the vet prior to boarding. Their bedding was in such disgusting condition that we had to throw all of it out and when questioned about the conditions, we were told that she is unable to keep the dog runs dry enough so she took their bedding out and left them to sleep on the cold damp concrete. The night we picked them up we had to take one of them to an emergency vet for a massive UTI as our dog was in distress and pain. They are traumatized and sick, and we will NEVER bring them back to her again. We are now facing two more vet visit costs in relation to their stay here. When asked if we could be refunded at least the emergency vet costs, she refused.
Our 4 dogs were kept in deplorable condition. Feces caked in their paws they all smelled awful when picked up and have severe diarrhea plus one with a severe uti.
We were also informed they were not given their beds we provided because the floor was too damp and the weather was bad? ! Their runs were left open we were told. Owner Lisa Fennel could care less and said it happens. We also gave a feeding schedule with food that we measured out. We got back much more than we should have. Our dogs were ravenous and thirsty when we brought them home. Do NOT take your pets here.
