Very rude! Well, at least the older Caucasian guy that works there. He is very racist & have said he wouldn't mind of "you people" ever spent our money there. So guess what? They won't get another penny or credit from AGAIN! Dont have to tell me twice!

Wish I could give it 0 stars, but alas. Very racist employee… older white male. No one is letting this fly in 2022. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

If Lowes & Home Depot don't have it, they will. Old fashioned employees that know what you need

The workers are very nice and helpful. They are very approachable and give you that hometown feeling

EXCELLENT old-fashioned hardware store. Very good selection, service and quality. Slightly higher pricing on pedestrian goods, but worth supporting a community place if you can.

It was my first trip here and definitely won't be my last! The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I stopped by to pick up a large order of dirt and they were swamped with customers! Everyone running around but they not once dropped the ball or became rude/disrespectful. I would give them more stars if I could and can't wait to visit the store in the future to see what else they have. Again, customer service is on point! Thanks Cantelmi Hardware!

Great family business.
Prices are not like Lowes etc but you're not getting junk either.
Some sales are good.

Also sells bagged candy and literally have almost anything you're looking for including seasonal items!
I do recommend this location!
As although on busy street it's worth the drive honestly!
And yes they do have custom mix paint!

First time at Cantelmi. They have everything you need in a local hardware store. Ladies were SUPER helpful! I'll definitely be back.

Very helpful, I called about a tool I needed, and they had it waiting for me behind the counter when I got there!

It is so freaking awesome to walk into a hardware store and be able to buy one screw you have missing to your snow blower or whatever. And then the staff they were so super knowledgeable I go away learning something every time. I hope these small privately owned hardware stores never go away because you just don't get the knowledge and service and items at the big box hardware stores like you do at Cantelmi's. Rock on!

This used to be my go-to place for tools and parts I needed around the house. However with the redesign they removed a number of products that I've looked for. I guess because of shortages everyone is going through, there are a number of items that I've gone to get recently that they just haven't had forcing me to go to Lowe's or home Depot. And one final comment, they used to have one older heavy set man who worked there who seem to know everything about anything and he would always steer me in the best way to do whatever work I needed to do. I haven't seen him there since the pandemic I hope he hasn't retired and he comes back. Before the redesigned and the staff changes this place would have definitely got five stars.

Update: I needed Backer Board seam tape, Stopped here first believing this would be a quick & easy pick-up. However no one in the store knew what it was. Had to go to Lowe's. Dropping down to 2 stars, just not the store it used to be.

Great place if you need hardware very friendly staff they always come up to you and ask if you need help you don't have to hunt them down then going there for years usually always have what I need

Great service just didnt like that the owner, yes the owner insisted i needed to buy double sided tape for my window insulation kit. I bought the kit and the tape only to get home and realize the kit came with the required tape! Not happy about that! He knew he was upselling me. As a consumer i will be hesitant to trust him again. I preferred going to him instead of going to the bigger name stores. I would rather help out the little guys. I hope that extra $5 was worth it to you. I live within walking distance but dont think i will be supporting you again.

Amazing choice of items, prices are a little on the high end but fair. Gentleman at the counter knows every item and location in the store as long as you can show him an old/used one or know the name of the product
