Trash bins always overflowing. Trash flying all over the street. Abandoned Cars parked on back side of the Apts on N Canterbury Road for months. Not enough parking spots for residents and street parking always at a premium. Hole in the sidewalk in front of building A for months. Now Tractor Trailer cabs are parking on the side streets too. Would not advise living here.

The team is here for you and your needs. Accordingly, I highly recommend that you consider Canterbury Court in your future for a place to live.

It is a good area to live, the neighbors are very friendly, administration is quick with our doubts and resolves things quickly. I highly recommend!

This was the last place I looked for apartments and wish I had looked here first. Have lived for here almost 2 years, no issues on my end. Leasing office staff is extremely kind, maintenance issues get taken care of ASAP. Definitely check this place out if looking for apartments in North East Philadelphia.

Canterbury is great place to live, it’s very nice neighborhood and also very close to septa and also food stores, my neighbors are friendly.

Me and my family have lived here for over 16 years yes we do like it here but there are things that we do not agree with how things go here we paid for everything we pay for all the water that is used here even for the water that we do not use herethey can't break it down for what each apartment use since we have a old apartment we do not have a washer and dryer in our apartment we have to use the one in the building and we have to pay to use it but the new apartment uses there for free but we pay for there water also and we pay for run off water they say apartments has a garage disposal we did have one it started to leak so they took it out and they will not replace it we have been asking for new windows for 15 years now and each time they say that they are looking into it and each winter we freeze because we live on academy road side but each year our rent goes up 4% we are paying over 1200 now so you would think that they would replace the old windows bye now I would love to sit down with the owners because I feel that things could be run better for what we all are paying to live here

I love living here! It's definitely pricey for the space, but the staff is awesome and always helpful, maintenance is on time and effective when problems arise and the neighborhood is great.

Worst place EVER high rent for nothing laundry room sucks no pool for 1200 rent just for a 1 bedroom

Please, if you're planning on moving here, DON'T. My mother and I are leaving soon because of this place. The rent is VERY overpriced, and the apartments aren't what they appear to be. During my 2 years of staying here, I've dealt with a minimum of 6 mice incidents PER DAY, and several appearances of roaches and centipedes. The condition we keep the place isn't dirty or messy at all. It's the place itself. The people at the front desk do absolutely nothing about the mice and roaches. Another issue I have is the water, heating, washing and drying, etc. The hot water and heating are turned off for no apparent reasonin the winter, and it took a long time for someone to fix it. Also, the washing and drying. More specifically, the dryer. It takes almost 2 hours for my clothes to dry, wasting 2 times the amount I'd usually spend. I've never been more ecstatic to move out of a place. Again, Canterbury Courts definitely would not be your ideal living space.

Excited to view this place. But wasted my time speaking with them and setting up a tour. Drove all the way there to be told the office manager stepped out and would be back eventually if I wanted to wait. Who schedules a tour and leaves? Next please.

After looking at these beautiful apartment over the internet! I came a good 3 hour to visit them! The places looks beautiful from the outside! I had spoke with a very helpfully lady a couple of times prior to making the trip I went over the pet policy with her a couple times and said to myself this might be new home! After my long 3 hours ride I get there.come to find out MY DOG IS NOT ALLOWED I was sooo annoyed and exhausted from that ride! A big waste of time! Didn’t take it out on the young lady who offered to show me the apartment.
Beside that the place looks nice and in front of a private airport so could be noises.

When I got here the staff was extremely nice however the apartment looked NOTHING like what was advertised online. Also, online the monthly rent was one price and when I got there they were asking for $40 more. $805 for a classic studio apartment - not including any utilities? I realized I could find a full one bedroom for less than that price. Also the pet deposit amount is ridiculous. Definitely not worth the price.

ATTENTION! Please do not waste money at these crappy apartments! These apartments are overoverpriced! Not one utility is includedincluded! The washer & dryer doesn't even get your clothes clean to be overpriced! They are building a gym that you have to pay for! In the morning you are awakening by choas outside & in the hallways! The receptionist with blonde hair is so rude it makes me hate calling the front deskdesk with my numerous of complaincomplaintcomplaints. Such as, flooding tub and sink, a horrid rodentrodent and centipede problem. I dreaddread ever moving in this awful waste of money DUMP! Everything is OVERPRICED! Do NOT MOVE HERE. I REPEAT. EVERYONE WHO LIVES IN THESE APARTMENTS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES. Also, they charge for sewer on top of all of that. Please do not be fooled by there charming introductions. You'll regret it. Don't believe me? Read the other reviews. There a more reasonable priced & better looking complexes in the area. Don't be a fool!

Close to my job, good looking apartments. But the management is the WORST! EVERY OTHER WEEK WE DONT HAVE HEAT OR HOT WATER AND MANAGEMENT HAS THE DUMBEST EXCUSE AS TO WHY THERE IS NOT HEAT OR HOT WATER. SO DONT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE.

We have only lived at Canterbury for 2 1/2 months.
The building suffered a fire & we understood they needed to do repairs. However, we moved in and had a lot problems which most they have taken care of. The troubles Starting with these few things, a gas range that didn’t work, a leaking sink, a freezer that didn’t work, two air conditioners that didn’t turn on, a bathroom toilet that would run endlessly, and a vanity that had caulk in the drain and barely drained. There shortly after the upstairs unit pipe leaked only causing the ceiling to cave in. We had to send all our clothes to the dry cleaners, costing us over 3000$. When I contacted Canterbury to compensate the rent or even consider the the 500$ deduction on my renters insurance they wouldn’t. They wouldn’t even put me in another unit because they said it was still in LIVING CONDITIONS. Meanwhile my 2 year old was requiring inhalers because of the wet carpet and dry wall they refused to removed. I wouldn’t recommend this Apartnent complex to anyone. EVER!

I haven't moved in yet but I'm so excited to move in and extra happy to see the good reviews. The staff helped my move from Indiana be smooth as can be!

Great apartments. Amazingly priced. Everything is within walking distance, the bus is right outside the building. The maintenance here is amazing the moment that you have a problem they are right on it. Friendly community within canterbury Courts.

This apartment is sized perfectly for my daughter and I. We have amazing neighbors and felt welcomed by the staff. Ana is great and Rafael is always ready and willing to assist with any maintenance concerns. I love our new home and I encourage anyone looking for a place to stay to come here. Its convenient to the city and just minutes from Jersey.

This used to be a great place to live. They have a big mouse infestation and the solution is sticky traps. I've had over 18 mice in my 2nd floor apt in the past 30 days and all I get is promises and excuses. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Had an appointment with property manager, Anna, at 9: 00, she was 1/2 hour late. When she finally showed up to show me the apartment, she was so distracted with problems with the maintenance crew, I hardly had a chance to see the units before I had to leave for work. If this is the way she treats potential new tenants, I can't even imagine what it would be like once I moved in! DO NOT RENT HERE!
