Food was very good and flavorful. We loved all the vegan options. Our waitress was tentative and friendly.

We stopped by for Brunch today- the servers were lovely and attentive and the food was very good! I ate my whole plate of chilaquiles (which I often struggle to finish) and I got a prickly pear margarita which was delicious! Our server Briana was so lovely and sweet and checked in with us frequently

Misogynistic, angry and just weird staff. I was sitting there minding my own business when I one of the bar backs made an uncomfortable flirtatious comment to me, then asked me if I needed anything, to which I said just a water. He was walking around flirting with different women at the bar and then went in the back. About 20 minutes later when he came out again I jokingly asked him if he forgot about my water. He got unreasonably angry saying he had never talked to me before and then rudely handed me a water, asking me four times in a row if I was sure I didn’t want a straw. The bartenders were also being unnecessarily abrasive, all over asking for a water? Earlier the manager was drinking at the bar being conversational with me, so as I was leaving I asked her why her employees were being so rude. I mentioned it in a polite calm way but she immediately started screaming at me so loud the entire bar could hear, and didn’t allow me to complete a sentence. If you have that much anger issues and stress from a basic conversation, I’m not sure why you would work in this industry.

The food is great, but the service and ever so changing ownership is pushing this place into the ground. They’re more concerned with telling their “rules and policies” than actually resolving them. Can’t believe they got this bad.

The Guac and Burrito was great, and the beer on tap was fresh.

The host was amazing, I forgot my bag there and had some valuables in it. Came back and he had kept it safe for me.

Always good food there! Our waiter was very kind and attentive! Also they provided good feedback about our meal questions and choices.

The food amazing. Excellent selection nof mocktails and the best margaritas ever! We were a group of 14 and they accommodated us last minute. The food was delicious for all. They had excellent vegetarian and vegan food and desserts.

Food needs work, kind of bland. Service great, friendly! Overall good experience, food just needs some work. No flavor!

Their vegan chorizo is amazing, drinks are well made and the prices are very reasonable. I love this place.

Used to love this place. Last time we went we had our pup with us. We asked the hostess if it was okay if he sat inside in my wife's purse. We were told it was fine.

Shortly after another server shows up and starts yelling at us that we can't be near the restaurant. We calmly ask if we can just move to an outside table. He mumbles something and goes outside for what seemed to be organizing tables.

Without giving us any other confirmation he comes back and starts exclaiming "please you can't be here, outside, or anywhere near the restaurant! ".

We were fine to leave but the gentlemen was clearly not even finishing sentencing, being completely irrational ("no where near the restaurant? "), and just outright rude. Your staff approved us being there and we were happy to move.

All past experiences, service was fine.

The Chimichanga and the pineapple margarita were so tasty! I’m so happy they have dairy free cheese! There aren’t many places that offer dairy free cheese and I’m SO happy they do!

I have been coming here 2-3 times a week recently. The food was always great and I loved the service. Tonight they ruined it and I won’t be back. Literally have taken atleast 30 people here because I enjoyed it so much but never again.

I went two nights in a row. Friday was incredible, with great service. Saturday was terrible. Ordered a vegan burrito, it had meat in it. My friend ordered the EXACT SAME BURRITO. We both got seitan burritos. Took a couple bites of mine and my stomach instantly hurt. Knew something was off immediately. I compared what was in my burrito to my friends. They were different colors, different textures. His was brown, spongy, had holes in it. Mine was white, fleshy, and rubbery. Everyone at the table tasted both, and every single person said there was zero chance that mine was seitan.

The server argued with me about it for the rest of the time we were there. Then made several very rude remarks about it, and talked loudly about it to other staff. I was forced to pay for something I took two bites of that had meat in it. It was an infuriating.

So unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to ruin 100 good ones. I will never go back, and I am advising anyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. I have never minded paying the ridiculous prices here, but I do mind paying for something I didn’t want. So I’ll be going to Sancho Pistolas exclusively from this point on.

Been coming here for years everything on the menu hit frfr a thousand plus even tho a few things went up its worth it every tequila you can think of an every vegan option is great no complaints on anything here but the only thing the tinga de Pollo was little like soup size but frozen margaritas are always very good

Absolutely love it! Phenomenal authentic food, great atmosphere and plenty of seating. Will be back. Get the empanadas!
