Delivery personnel have been great, except for the speeding in our driveway.
Big problem is office personnel that can't enter info correctly. This is the 3rd time, and every time, it started with talking to a man who said he knew what he was doing. Then the women say it's not their problem, they can't do anything. I asked the lady what card info she had, and she wouldn't tell me anything about the info I gave them. I've spoken with my bank, their bank, and the only possible problem anyone can find is them.
The only thing that changes is the name of the company, from Keystone to Capital City, back and forth. If you've used them longer than a decade, you know about that problem.

Excellent service once again! I ordered online and it was in my tank in less than 24 hours. Driver was courteous and careful of my landscaping.

We never even heard the oil being delivered. We received a receipt showing the gallons and total cost. We always receive great service from Capitol City Oil! Thank you for years of great service!

Actually, Terry had a malfunction with his truck and was unable to make the delivery. However, Donald did deliver 400 gals on Friday and all is well. I've been a customer for many years and always get good service.

Order came day after it was ordered. I did not receive notification of delivery date, I would have moved vehicles. I never even heard them out there. Smooth, quick, efficient service.

I work night shift so when he delivered my oil he was so quite to where my dogs didn't even hear him which is amazing. He can deliver oil to my house anytime for that reason. Thank you.

My delivery man Dane worked extra hard dragging hose way up my hill to our tank on a windy, bitter twelve degree day today, and deserves a huge thanks. Don't forget to tip your delivery man, it's the holidays! Merry Christmas

I have no complaints about the delivery, but I did not receive a receipt of delivery, which is normally placed on the front screen door handle. Have you discontinued leaving a physical receipt? I would not be aware that a delivery was made if it were not for your follow-up email that made me check my oil tank. Thank you for your service; it's much appreciated.

We ordered heating fuel on Monday December 19th. They said it would be delivered Thursday December 22nd. We were clear that we were down to 1/4 tank. Thursday rolls around and noting. A call was made because the weather was iffy and they assured us that we were still on the schedule for delivery. Friday morning December 23, another call is made. There were complications due to weather. This is after we were told the weather wouldn’t be an issue. It wasn’t an issue for us to go grocery shopping. The roads were cleared fairly quickly. We were informed that the earliest delivery would be Tuesday December 27th. After Christmas. We’re having our whole family over for Christmas and no heating fuel. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We will never go through this company again. Luckily we found another company willing to deliver before Christmas of course we had to pay a fee to have it delivered today. So, you can imagine our frustrations, especially with the price of fuel right now.

I got off work a little later than usual (6: 30 am). My plan was to come home and “move things” around in the driveway to make it easier for the driver to have access to the fuel tank. When I got home I noticed that the driver had already arrived and delivered the fuel oil!

Deliver the oil didn't even know when it was being delivered he's always done a good job

Been dealing with Capital for 16 years. Never, Never had any problems at all! Had furnace trouble back in Feb and got took by Tried and True Heating! NEVER USE THIS GUY! Charged me $690 but never fixed my problem. I didn't know that Capital had a furnace service with a tune up special for $275. Service man, Anthony (Tony), came out cleaned my furnace and replaced the retention plate. Only $66! Tony was very professional. Appreciate the care he took. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Capital City!

Won’t answer the phone when I call. Applied a credit from oil I purchased towards a repair without my consent. Oil repair man left his jacket in my basement and I had to make another trip home from work to get it for him an hour later. No itemized repair bill. Not happy!

Was a customer for years. They replaced the silver pipe for a price of over $500.
