Hi so um i love ur sandwiches but u forgot my mayo and my sandwich is dry now but i still ate it cause i was hungry

The sandwiches here are nothing special. The quality just wasn't worth the price. I was expecting a really tasty sandwich due the time it took to actually made, which was about 25 minutes. My honest opinion is this place is overpriced for a sandwich shop.

Second time ordering sandwiches from here and I have to say they were again amazing! Orders were perfect both times! Sandwiches were delicious!

Just ordered online for delivery, and my order was incorrect. The store refused to redeliver a new sandwich because delivery was from Door Dash. My options were a refund or to pick up because their delivery was through Door dash. I ordered directly from the Capriotti’s website and not via Door Dash’s. I do not go into stores for pickup now due to COVID rates going up, so pickup was not an option for me. In addition, the store manager seemed skeptical about whether I had ordered correctly, but my email confirmation was correct. The store should have refunded the 8.95 delivery fee or paid for the redelivery, because the error was theirs, not the delivery service. Terrible customer service; will not order again.

Mediocre food that doesn't justify the horrendous customer service. They've forgotten sandwiches on two separate occasions that I've ordered through Grubhub. Find somewhere else that cares about their customers more.

I was a little apprehensive because of some of the reviews, but I’m glad I gave it a shot! I ordered the Bobby hoagie and it was the best thing ever! The staff was super friendly and working hard to get all the orders done. I’ll definitely be back and suggest you try it also.

Ordered a bbq chicken cheesesteak.
It tasted good, but it was mostly filler.
Kind of a letdown for the 14 dollar price.

Was used to the Caprottis in De. Always great. Went to the one in Royersford twice. Both times my order was wrong and on the second one the order was wrong and the meat was tough. I won’t be coming back

Disappointed, no one knows what’s going on there, they got three orders wrong while I was waiting for my large cheesesteak, which was mostly bread, I used to love this place, I can’t believe they gave me this steak, they should be ashamed.

Amazing sandwiches! The Capastrami is probably my favorite sandwich of all time. Friendly staff and always great service!

Over priced, under stuffed sandwiches. The bread is ok, but not up to par for the Philly area. We know our bread! We will stick with our local pizza place for cheesesteaks and hogies.

These reviews are relentless. I think the store listened though! Went in a few days ago, the greeting wasn’t amazing and they took a few min to finish up what they were doing before taking my order but hey I wasn’t in a rush and it gave me more time to read the menu. Ordered a toasted Italian and my husband got the cheesesteak, both packed with meet. A little on the expensive side but I did enjoy the meal! I think the head guys need to just be a little more friendly, I don’t want to feel like I’m rushing you or being rushed. Take a breath, relax, and dude slap on a fake smile if need be it goes far for Karen’s and Chads. I will eat there again we’ll call it opening lessons.

I used to work in Delaware and would pick up dinner in Wilmington because we loved these sandwiches. The Bobbie is my daughters favorite sandwich and the Gobbler is a terrible copycat! We all were so excited to finally have a Capriotti's 2 miles away.

I'm being kind with the 3 star rating. I have ordered from the Wilmington locations, West Chester and Exton locations and the quality was consistent for all. The Bobbie at this location was WAY short on the meat and fillings.the ends of the roll were empty and the middle was clearly light on meat! I know they are new and I'll give them another shot, so I'm hoping they get things up to the standards of the other Capriotti shops. Good luck to the Royersford team to get this sorted out because we are pulling for you!

3 stars and being generous with it given that they’re new. Very disappointing sandwiches. Ordered 2 cheesesteaks for a specific pickup time. Upon pickup, they were cold and soggy that I had to ask for another bag. Apparently, they made it too early. Sandwiches were not filled enough with meat and small in size compared to getting it at your local pizza/cheesesteak shop. Overpriced for the quality and quantity received. First and probably last time ordering here. Maybe I will try a different branch to see if it’s any different. We are in Philly cheesesteak territory so I expect these sandwiches to be loaded and up to par.

I got a large Italian hoagie and a large cheese steak, I think 24 inch roll, and that's mostly what I got, a roll. Very little meat, Very Disappointed
