Dirty and food was not very good at all. We got the chicken cheese steak and it didn't taste very good at all.

We purchased both a cheese steak and a Wagyu Slaw Be Jo Friday night the 1/20/23 and both were awesome. My host was Ella and she was friendly and courteous. All 3 women behind the counter were great, especially the grill person who made my cheese steak. Everyone had a big smile.

They never get the order right. I tried ordering online, ordering in person and ordering on the phone. How hard is it to make the subs correctly? My orders are not complex.

I picked up a delicious Italian sub today for lunch to share with a friend, couldn't ask for better and I asked for sweet pepper s to be added and they weren't forgotten thanks!

Really need to work on getting your orders correct. I’m 0 for 3 my last 3 visits. Ordered an Italian sub and a bbq chicken cheesesteak with no slaw today, ended up with two bbq chicken cheesesteaks, both with slaw.

Went there for my lunch, not only was I there 40 minutes waiting for my food, they made my food wrong TWICE! And when I said something to the immature and rude manager he accused me of taking the wrong order, when really my name was called by another worker, they gave me the wrong order! And they made me wait for everyone else to get there order 1st. So I got 2 orders made wrong and my lunch was over by the time they gave me the second incorrect order! I'll NEVER go back to this place! The workers are to young and to occupied with there phones and there other employees to pay attention long enough to make an order correctly!

The employees are rude and slow and don't get the order right. A terrible experience with mediocre food.

Prices are totally outrageous for what you get. The amount of meat on the sandwich has dramatically decreased. Two medium subs a bag of chips and two drinks over $35. Bad bad bad.

This restaurant does not have adequate structure to support serving their customers. The phone always rings busy, staff is unorganized and the serving areas are dirty.

AVOID. Loud, inexperienced employees who gives and charges you for a large a sandwich when you ordered a regular salad. Girl at the register who doesn't know what to key in after you order. Another chick behind the counter who curses loudly with customers in the store. Group of employees yelling inside the store that makes you suspect violence is happening inside. Overall: UNPROFESSIONAL.

Amazing food but once you get addicted to the special subs it gets expensive. One star off for getting my family addicted to expensive subs.

Used to be really good. Last few times we ordered for pickup, we specifically said NO CHEESE on a steak sandwich only to get it home and sopping with cheese inside. We've decided to stop going to this place.

Ordered over the phone and the girl was so rude that i was scared to go in and pick up my order.i’m allergic to eggs and i had clearly asked for only turkey and cheese on my order, and she made me feel bad for not getting anything else on it by asking me if im “sure i don’t want mayo or lettuce”. What i received was my order plus mayo- which is lethal to me.never going back.could’ve died today.

Great service. The cheese steak and Hoagie tasted above average. Great rolls were used.
The place could have been a little cleaner but they were very busy.

Very long wait to get food and everyone at the table were served at different times.food came between 15_ 45 minute wait for cold sandwiches
A one and done place for me.could have went to Wal-Mart and got cold sandwiches for half the price and no wait

They were very good service with only two people working and they was doing a terrific job at it. Them two girls deserve a raise.

Lady w/ the purple hair is chaotic as hell. I hope she’s not the manager. Don’t come at lunch. Short staffed and everyone’s unhappy. Felt bad for everyone working there with her. There’s a professional way to handle a rush and raising your voice is never it.
