Capstone Compounding Pharmacy, Wyomissing PA

The service is wonderful the staff is friendly and helpful. I have two cats I absolutely cannot medicate the transdermal compounded medication has been a lifesaver. Fabulous pharmacy fabulous people I would highly recommend them.

Scott answered, I was almost hopeless telling him what I needed; he quickly addressed my issues AND the cost was also a big surprise.
I was so shocked Scott thought that I hung up. He was patient and spent at least half an hour on the phone with me -literally.
The outstanding customer service is policy there. I have talked to almost all the staff members, Colleen, Kasey and Alyssa. They Are Rock stars.

Scott and his team at Capstone have been awesome. They respond very quickly when you reach out with questions and they were way more affordable than the compound pharmacist I had been using from out of state (Alabama). I highly recommend!

11/4/22 I picked up round 2 of prescription for my 5 lb Yorkie. Alyssa was kind& helpful. A month before that I filled my prescription after taking my Yorkie to emergency. We almost lost her
I was freaked & tired. Alyssa helped me by reassuring my prescription would be ready in a most timely manner. She calmed this doggy mamma For that alone, I will always be crazy grateful

I’m so worried someone else will put their life at risk by trusting this pharmacy team, please reconsider going here. This pharmacy worked with Dr Bahr to fill Ivermectin and other prescriptions, while putting countless people’s lives at risk. I wouldn’t trust the pharmacist here to handle my medication or give knowledgeable advice.not be trusted. I truly believe this pharmacy knew EXACTLY what it was doing. No general surgeon writes over 100 ivermectin prescriptions (a drug used to treat TROPICAL DISEASES) a day. This doctor and pharmacy gave out false info, they didn’t review patient history, or know anything about who the medication was being given too. Someone could have been allergic, they could have react badly, they could have died because they didn’t recieve the actual care they needed. This pharmacy and the doctor put hundreds of not thousands of peoples live at risk. And their should be legal ramifications.

I’ve used this pharmacy for over 10 years (when they were the Medicine Shoppe in downtown Reading). I use them to get pills converted to oral liquid or topical medications for my pets. I’ll never give my pets pills after getting a small one stuck in my own throat. They have all kinds of meat, poultry and fish flavors for cats and dogs. It’s always been a great experience with Capstone and has gotten even better since they moved to the new location in Wyomissing a few years ago. The team there is fantastic! The pharmacists always make sure that you know whatever you need to know beforehand. For example, my vet gave me pills for my cat but I wanted a syrup. The vet called Capstone and they agreed to make a liquid prescription. Capstone called to confirm the details with me but only then did I find out that I had to take the bottle of pills to them for the preparation in order for them to fill the order fastest way. That wasn’t necessary for refills. I’m so happy to have this option and I highly recommend Capstone Compounding Pharmacy.
