Just purchased a vehicle from Car Time last week. Being 4-5 States away I was a bit reluctant, but I really liked there Jaguar. The price was very reasonable and the Carfax checked out. Throughout the process from A-Z, my salesman Ivan was nothing short of incredible. He kept me in the loop during the whole process, right down to the final delivery of my vehicle which I received last night. Everything he told me that would happen, happened. There was no BS. When Ivan was off or wasn't in the office, Dmytro, the owner would make sure to call me and update me daily as to what was going on. The communication between myself and the staff at Car Time was fantastic, and when purchasing a vehicle 500 miles away, that's critical. I'm not sure the staff at Car Time knew I was in the car business and have been for 20 plus years. I currently work for Mercedes and have for some time now. The reason I mention this is because the way the team at Car Time treated me is exactly what we instill on our sales floor here at Mercedes. Bottom line is, if you want honesty, integrity, and very fair prices for very well kept vehicles, please get a hold of Dmytro or Ivan. 5 stars all around, thank you gentlemen!
