Wonderful staff and beautiful facility! They treat residents like family! Would recommend to anyone who needs short or long term care! I drove 30 minutes to see my loved one here and it was well WORTH it! If you’re from the area, this skilled nursing facility is a hidden gem!

My Aunt stayed at this facility for rehab services after her fall at home. Therapy and Nursing staff were friendly and compassionate to my Aunt B and our family.

I must say, I was ELATED with the care my grandparents received here! I was nervous because I live in Scranton/ Clarks Summit area and wasn’t familiar with Carbondale, but let me tell you this place is WONDERFUL! Rehab staff and nurses were so helpful and the administration was PERFECTION! There aren’t many facilities one can go to and have the administrator check on each patient individually but here it happens DAILY! I told my children that when I’m older I want to be put in Carbondale Nursing and Rehab! Wonderful all over! I would drive hours for the care they provide

Paid a visit to my friend there this week. Staff are friendly, place is clean and food looks good. He seems to be happy with the care he is receiving.
