I personally wouldnt recommend unless you would like to get dizzy from the circle that they want you to run. I first spoke with Emily because Nicole was out of office. She told me if Nicole had nothing available she had a few positions that may suit me. It took for me to keep calling them to finally get Nicole on the phone and schedule a interview. Which took about a week. Nicole was very nice during the interview and spoke of many opportunities that were available. The communication stopped after that day. I had to call multiple times with Nicole's tone being very dry and not wanting to help. She would tell me over and over she would return my calls and absolutely nothing ever happened. This was a waste of time for me. It's people willing to work, but there's also people not willing to help. This company is just that. And as much as you would like to speak to someone else there, I heard the way they speak of other "temps" there, that will get you nowhere. So if you decide to work with them, take it with a grain of salt and cross your fingers.

Terrible service from Emily she’s not what she seems! Nice at first then got very disrespectful and rude when I had questions because I was not being treated fairly. She promised full time hours but when I started an assignment it was competition with everybody else for hours. Terrible agency wouldn’t recommend!

The worst job agency in Erie. I tested positive for Covid (Couldn’t eat, didn’t have taste and couldn’t smell anything) and the employee that I talked to asked me to in to work the next day. Of course I refused and waited 2 weeks.

They had me working in Fairview at $17.50 (Mind you if I was to miss a day of the week they would pay me $12 an hour the rest of the week). When I went back to work the employee from career concepts called me and told me that they were going to stop paying me $17.50 and I was going to get pay $12 an hour. I stopped going.

Moved to another State and currently making $55,000 a year. There is no jobs in Erie that pay good and all the job agencies are a joke. MOVE FROM ERIE PEOPLE, ERIE IS TRASH.
