20Good customer service and great food, but forgot my rice in my platter.price of food little expensive
Don't order the oxtail via delivery. They will beat you out of your money. They gave me like 4 oxtail and filled the rest of the plate up with sides. Straight up violated. These mf's are suspect. Waste of money and the food was Mediocre. Im so mad they are crooks. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Top 5 food places in the area but the customer service isn’t inviting at all the lady serving the food is always uninviting. Kinda always makes me regret spending my money after leaving. The lady that checks you out is pretty nice to try to compensate for the mean lady so sometimes it feel awkward.
BEWARE PEOPLE! I will never go there again. I bought a small stewed chicken platter. When I got home to eat my platter I noticed there was no chicken, just bones. I live quite a ways from the place to take right back. So I came back the next day and told the lady at the front about it. She immediately denied it and said no way we would ever make a platter like that. I said look I have photos. Then she says "Oh I see there is no meat". So she yells to her server to make me a new meal. She then gives me a container with just meat. I asked where was the rice & peas and cabbage? She says "Oh you have to pay for that". I told her you guys messed my meal up from last night not me. As respect to a good customer you should make me a new platter like I ordered the first time. I was even going to buy another platter for my wife. I told them to cancel everything and I will never come back here again. Customer service stinks. I would not recommend.this place at all.
Nobody should be grabbing their own food they should hand it to the customers that’s how people end up taking the wrong food smh never again
On more than one occasion I have tried to call in an order with no answer or it goes to voice mail for 30 to 40 minutes straight and I asked cashier if I had the right number and all she can say is if it's the number on the receipt. I even call while I was in the store same thing no answer right to voice mail she said she doesn't control phone
They must’ve sold me the bottom of the batch. It was a burnt/scorched taste to it. I Called them about it, they placed me on hold then hung up the phone. They never called me back to resolve the issue. The purchase was over $60
Spent $25 for four fatty pieces of oxtail & rice Smh I’m very upset Smh ️ it was not at all how they used to taste & not at all worth anything that’s ridiculous they really gave me four pieces of oxtails? And extra for Mac or yams or any sides
It's small and mainly for takeout orders. It's a busy place so it's best to call ahead for order pick up. I get platters for my Mom and she loves the food.
Good food, place is clean and staff are professional and friendly, i had the oxtail and it was good.
The place is very clean. The customer service is great. The food is very delicious. Everything is well seasoned which is huge for me. It’s a bit pricey but the overall experience made up for that.
Great food n mini order. This a new post review. I just left n canceled my order yur 9/14. The older woman answering yur phone need to be train over. She rude. This my 3rd issue with her because she messed up. Ive bin goin there for 5 yrs. Im good ile find a new place. Just because she get things Wrong
This place re-opened and fell completely off. I had a $30 oxtail platter two days in a row to give them the benefit of the doubt. The oxtails were tough, the cabbage was basically raw, and the mac was mushy. On top of that nothing had flavor! I had been going go get their food for over a year and they never disappointed me like they did now. I’m not sure what happened, maybe there is a new chef but the food was not the same as it was. Sad to say they just lost a loyal customer due to the drastic decline in the food quality and taste.
Food was not good, Mac and cheese overcooked and mushy 3.00 extra for mac and cheese. Horrible containers gave me half Mac and cheese and rice for 20 platter then put my yams on my rice.
Food is good but the customer service sucks! The lady behind the counter is always mad with a attitude. Makes me not even wanna come back. Can you please teach her people skills.

New guy that works in there I don’t remember if he said his name was karon or something close to it but he was really rude to us. I work next door and I brought my coworkers in only to have him talk about them in patois not knowing I’m Jamaican too and could fully understand wah him a seh. Him lucky seh mi nuh wah mi coworkers dem in a problem or else no would grab a carrot juice n lick him bbc one good rasss time. I don’t like when people disrespect others and I’m trying to bring my people business. Let him go
I ordered from grub hub “Oxtail platter” and with some other stuff.they gave me 5/6 oxtails with one really big one and the rest was small size. The food was good but I’m not sure if it’s because I ordered it off grub hub and they give you small portions but not for $23. I wish I honestly took a pic of my food but I’ll never order from them again.very disappointed
I don’t understand why some businesses simply don’t believe that greeting their customers with a smile and “Hello” is important. Certain key terms such as, “Thank You”, “One second please” and “Have a nice day” are equally important. It makes the customer feel welcome and appreciated. The woman at the counter offered no greeting, was extremely rude and brash and seemed agitated when I asked a question about the food. Her attitude was as if she was doing the customers a favor by allowing us to purchase food from them. Not only was the service poor, the food was below average at best. The curry chicken and cabbage lacked flavor and the plantain was dry and over cooked. I do not ever plan on returning however, I may have given them another chance at the food had the service been not so poor. The sign on the door stated that they would be closing soon for renovations. I hope they take this time revamp their recipes and train their staff in proper customer service.
