3Love this place…. Makes me wanna move to pitts just so I can shop here……. They have everything except bammy but everything…. Fresh thyme was amazing and they are reasonably priced unlike other stores here in Pittsburgh. All that was $15
This grocery store has a great selection of south asian groceries, and also a Jamaican aisle too! They also have a butcher and large produce section. I recommend shopping here, I always find something good!
I was only in that store for 3 minutes but I could write a 10 page review if they let me. First off.you walk in and there are small children. 10.11 yrs old stocking shelves. Standing on chairs and stocking shelves mind you. I asked them who else worked there and they pointed to the other side of the store. I went to the other side and there's an adult family playing video games while their children work. I asked who worked there and not one of them turned around. Someone mumbled that someone else can help you. Someone else? You mean the 10 year old? Plus.this is an Indian store.which is fine.but it's not an all around Asian store. No wonton wrappers.no Chinese spices or anything other than Indian stuff. Why not just call it an Indian store? When someone finally decided to try and help me. I told them no thanks and I left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible place. I notice the owners have responded to other reviews. I sure hope they respond to mine.
