Carlisle Cadillac Buick Gmc reviews
17I was highly disappointed with my overall experience. I reached out to this dealership in reference to a transit van, as we operate a business for individuals with intellectual disabilities, we completed the credit application was approved, and scheduled an appointment to pick up the van. In less than 24 hours later, we were told that the van was sold, and that they had another van however that van had existing damages, the van was also higher in cost. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership where our credit had to be ran again for the new numbers, the approving bank denied the new loan and we had to put additional funds down. We were unable to leave with the van as the van needed to be repaired. They did arrange to drop the vehicle off to us in which we received the van today after driving it for only 30 minutes, the check engine light came on. We took it to AutoZone in which the coding for the reason behind the light was provided. We are grateful that we purchased the extended warranty but now we have to take the van to Ford to have the issue checked out overall this was not a great experience and I am highly disappointed.
Has a deal the purchase a Nissan nv2500 with Aiden sent a credit car for a deposit and the sold the vehicle to someone else. I see why they have so many poor reviews poor customer service stay away plenty of other options
I purchased a vehicle from Carlisle Cadillac-Buick-GMC in 2018 and the entire transaction went very well. Fast forward to 2023 and I left the dealership feeling scammed on my latest car purchase so I’m not sure if they changed ownership or not but there is a much different vibe going on there post-pandemic. Anyhow no one will reach out to you if you have a complaint or an issue so just disregard any of the A1 responses you see from the dealership in these reviews.
Service personal we’re not that customer friendly…on the phone or out in the lot.
“We’ll get to your car tomorrow”
Had no loner car…. This seems to be the same excuse every time I need service.
Not even a curtesy driver to take me to an apt right in Carlisle.
This dealership has gone downhill!
One of the worst place which I have ever bought a car. Last November, I bought a 2017Hyundai Sonata, 60k mileage. I paid most of the price and wanted to finance $6000. The finance manger told me that Banks will not finance $6000, so I will add $2000 protection and you can cancel protection anytime.
After 2 days I checked the engine oil, it was very low. I took it back to dealership, they filled the engine oil and told me to bring in two weeks. So, they didn’t help me with the car and finally my car burned from the engine.
Afterwards, I asked for my protection which before they told that I can cancel anytime, but they didn’t reimburse my protection.
May 1st we purchased a 2022 Buick Enclave and after several weeks I discovered a problem with a part that I believe should have been identified and corrected during the CPO inspection.
On June 19th, I called my sales rep and explained what I found and after some discussion he asked me to send photos of what I found and that he would check with service and then get back with me. The photos were submitted. Three days later after no response I called again and left a message and still no response.
June 27th I called and asked to speak to a member of the management team and I was directed to service instead. Again I explained my situation and was told by that person they would try to find out more information and reply to me. Still no response.
This has now been 3 weeks and I would like to resolve this issue. I don't know what has happened that I have not been able to get a response to my concern. I simply want to get my car fixed. My home phone number would be on the sales agreement.
Thank you for your timely response. As stated earlier I have tried to contact the appropriate person to seek resolution of my concern. The issue is after multiple attempts I have not been able to get anyone to return my call. Please have the person I need to speak with call me at my home phone.
Tyler was a great salesman. Wasn't pushy about the sale, answered all my questions. Big thanks to Mike and Pat for helping out their favorite GM.
I had a relative purchase a car there. Engine and several other parts blew within months. Refused to take any responsibility and customer service was awful. I witnessed it on speaker phone. Checked with local mechanics who said they will never work with them. I spoke to a few people who feel they were "scammed" by them. Terrible reputation. Very dishonest. I don't usually do reviews, but witnessing this experience was so bad that I would not recommend ANYONE to go there unless they make some massive changes immediately.
I recently had my 2017 Suburban in for an inspection. Encountered friendly people.
Service was very timely. Great experience overall!
Drove almost 300 mi.with a confirmed deal in hand, got there, the manager reneged on the deal wanting another almost $4K, I even was willing to split that increase but no. Really deceptive and shoddy salesmanship. Bad people!
Purchased my daughters first car there. Drove it less than 50 miles and the check engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic and found out the catalytic converter was bad and it’s an $1,100 repair. I find it hard to believe they didn’t know when they sold it to us. I really expected more from a dealership that has been in business as long as they have.
Had service completed on an exhaust issue, very happy. Also has the truck in for a recall, parts never came in and was told they would call when they arrived. It I been a month, still no parts.
The crew in the service department at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC took care of servicing my Buick and ensuring it will continue to run for many more miles to come.
Trash dealer, if you buy a used vehicle from here make sure you check all the brakes other wise they'll chose the best two and pass the vehicle and then stick you with the bill. Go to bob ruth and get quality you deserve especially if you're paying top dollar for a vehicle.
Still trash.
Avoid at all costs possible. Save yourself time, money, and the hassle! If they say they need to bring a car for their storage lot, it’s in front Royal Virginia, and they will have someone DRIVE IT. Miles put on for no reason.
Nolan and Mike the service writers were excellent. Chris the service manager even made my experience great.
Very bad experience with management and corporate. Communication was very poor. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here.
