My cousin has been a client for about a month after suffering from a fall that ended in him contracting pneumonia. He has recovered his ability to stand up and help with his movement from place to place. That's been a lot of relief for his family.

I am leaving tomorrow, and it couldn't be soon enough. Before dinner my blood sugar was 342 (it has consistently been between 200-350). After a while I went looking for the nurse. Asked why I haven't gotten my insulin. He shows me on the computer where the doctor canceled my insulin. The food is the worst I have had in my life. The cheeseburger had the meat oozing out from under the cheese. If I could give a -5 stars I would. I'm sure people have died here from the care.

For 8 weeks the staff have taken care of my fiance's grandfather, making his stay very welcoming and successful! He has been released and sent home due to the hard work he's done through physical therapy OT and ST and the staffs hard work and dedication to their patients! Now her grandmother will be sent here for rehab as well, considering this is the absolute best option for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We can not speak highly enough of this facility and their staff. We will always be grateful for all they have done to help emotionally and physically! Shout out to Jamie, Michelle, Danielle, as well as many more who have taken their time to truly care.

Our grandfather was taken in at Carlisle Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center after a short stay in the hospital. His nurses,
Michelle, Brit, Shannon, Janine, and Rose, made his stay comfortable. They showed so much compassion and our family couldn’t be more thankful.

This place has been a blessing for me! Their Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy are the best I’ve ever seen. A doctor comes in to see me once a week with any concerns, as well as Jamie Kidd the Head of nursing. Food here is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with all the wonderful Aides I’ve encountered too. A+

My husband was a patient in Carlisle Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. The nursing staff took very good care of him and the therapy staff worked wonders with him. His care was exceptional. Thank you all and a special thank you to Jamie!

I went to visit My sister that has brain trauma. Everyone was so pleasant and really seemed to know what they were doing. She was much better than she was at 3 weeks in the hospital.

My brother recently spent 15 days at Carlisle Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a 2 week hospital stay. We went there with a goal of making him stronger physically and mentally. Both were accomplished and he was able to return home safely. We found the facility to be clean and safe and the PT & OT staff really worked hard to help my brother. We also found the nursing staff to be very competent, and the aides to be very helpful. From the time that we were admitted by Alicia (she was great the whole time), and Ange, we could sense that the management were trying to make changes here to benefit the residents which will in turn benefit their business. Keep up the great work and you will overcome the negatives from the previous ownership and management. Highly Recommend this facility.

Visited my friend’s mom. The facility was clean and the staff were all very pleasant. They were patient with her and informed the family of her progress during the day.

My grandfather (Ezra) had been sent to genesis and my sister (Danielle) also works there. This place may not run to every single room every second of every day but nowhere is 100% perfect. But, after being in and out every day 3 weeks now this place is definitely at my and my families HIGHEST recommendation. The staff are very warming/respectful/caring etc. They do THEIR VERY BEST. Rehab is absolutely amazing for short term transitioning home. Long term care is difficult for all sides but again, they do their very best. As a staff member pay and benefits are great. I would always recommend sending any of my family to work or to stay/be treated here. Much respect and appreciation to those who work at this location

I visited my friend Irving today And He wanted me to bring him change because no one there would get it for him. He wanted it for the vending machines. I think it's a shame that no one would help him get change unfortunately. I was unable to do it myself. I think someone should help him to get the change he needs.
