A girl that I befriended from Moravian introduced me to the spot. If you’re definitely looking for a deli sandwich or a cheesesteak carls corner is definitely the place to go.

Great service! Had a cheesesteak. It was ok. Neither good nor bad. AMAZING bread though! Overall I’d make the stop. Great little hole in the wall local spot

Got take out today. Two cheesesteaks, the rolls tasted like they were microwaved, very chewy not good. Also no straws for the soda and no napkins. Won’t be returning.

Very good place for people who love cheese steaks. I got the belly buster. Large Cheese steak, regular fries, and regular soda.

Like stepping into a 90s time capsule! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, refreshingly so. Food was fresh and well priced. I had the deluxe burger with fries and it was all delicious, albeit a little salty, but nothing to complain about. I’ll be back!

Extremely polite very accommodating cheese steak french fries onion rings I love their real parmesan on wheat wrap she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Love everything and the customer service is phenomenal. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Always go there for the best steak? And hoagie. And the employees are always so nice. Make it a regular stop at least ones a month.

Such a good local mom and pop sandwich spot.great menu service and food is the best and very affordable. 14" sub for $9 is unheard of. I had the bacon cheeseburger sub and curly cheese fries. Food is on point. Great place highly recommend.

It's a shame I loved Carls Corner for years, but as of today I have to part ways. I went there tonight to order a cheesesteak, long story short no one was at the counter where you would place your order. All attendance from the staff was either cooking, or helping in the pick up line. So I decided to go to the pick up line to place my order, as I was waiting in line now 20 minutes or more I get up to the counter and the owner the one with the blonde hair said oh sorry we can't take to go orders here. I explained to her the reason why I was standing in the pick up line and she still rejected me. What i'm upset about she didn't even offer to send someone down to take my order. She totally disregarded me. I was so hurt! But thank you for showing your true colors.

We don’t live in the area but like different non chain places. This was the best italian hoagie! We Will find my way back for sure!

Absolutely the best subs and cheese steaks in the valley! The subs are made to order, so the cold cuts are sliced fresh per the order. Which makes it taste amazing! Great service, super nice people, they all A-treat soda & Yoohoo! Highly recommend!

Carl's continues to have the best Cheese Steaks in the Valley and fair prices. It's nice to see that since the new owners took the shop over a few years back, they have kept everything exactly the same as it was. Keep up the good work.

Everything you'd expect from a local deli in the best way! Sandwiches were reasonably priced which is hard to find these days. We got an Italian and a chicken cheesesteak. Both of which were solid. The cheesesteak was definitely the star. I would recommend getting the "special sauce" on the side however. It was a dead ringer for campbells tomato soup and that wouldn't have been welcome on my cheesesteak hoagie. Glad they offered it in a side cup! Great selection of drinks on deck. I was elated to see the rows of yoo-hoo and grabbed the first can I've likely had since hitting the deli with my dad as a kid. Staff was friendly on the phone and in person however were carrying on personal conversations during the transaction which irks me as someone who has previously worked as a cashier in various environments. Will definitely be back for another cheesesteak and to try other items. Thanks again!

Ran across this place by chance while visiting Bethlehem, PA! Boy was I surprised! Awesome.and I mean Awesome food! The prices were so good that I bought 2 hoagies (their called subs at Carls), and a Cheesesteak. I topped My order off with some fries and was ready to eat! MY 2 hoagies cost around 16.00 and My steak and fries cost about 11.00. After I added My personal touch to My sandwiches, the cost came in around 26.00. Let Me tell You.the sandwiches were massive as well as delicious. If Your ever in Bethlehem PA, stop by Carl's Corner. Old School Style deli!

I absolutely love this place and patiently awaited the opening of the second location. It has not disappointed this far! Such a cute spot with a delicious menu and super friendly staff!

Best place to get a cheesesteak in the Valley, service that goes above and beyond and delicious food. When they say Belly Filler they mean it!
