Many German yellow jackets were in my house. Mike said he sprayed outside on Oct. 17, saying they were in my soffit. He said they should be gone in 3 days. Called company on Oct. 20 and 23 because Yellow jackets still in house and was told they were residuals and nothing was done. On Nov. 1, I called company to say the yellow jackets are still in the house. I was told that they are in the wall and Carnegie Exterminator does not go into the wall. The woman told me to find a new exterminator and to quit calling them.

This small home-town business was perfect for the needs of my 88 yr old mother, who had a wasps nest with wasps getting in her bedroom and getting stung. We were able to schedule an appt for the next day and they sprayed the nest outside and also sprayed from the inside, as it was needed. The tech was very patient with my mom and even called in a few days to make sure the wasps were gone. Highly recommend.

I called Carnegie Pest when they were closed, I didn’t leave a message figuring I would call back. The next morning I received a call from Carnegie Pest checking to see if I still needed assistance. I was impressed by their follow up. I explained my issue which was yellow jackets coming into our home. Mike came to the house and treated them from their entry point in our soffit. The majority died with the treatment but there were a few stragglers due to the size of the hive/nest so Mike came back and further treated (no additional charge). I am very pleased with the service I received from this company and will recommend them to family and friends.
