Carrabba's Italian Grill reviews
17The food was great and our waitress was amazing. Thank you Nick for a great experience we truly appreciated that you were available to spend a few moments with us!
Food as always was great, our server Matt was excellent and took care of all our concerns. Will be back again, have done wine dinners at this location.
Excellent! I order take out regularly, last time I went it wasn’t very good, I only mentioned it briefly to the person on the phone, they were kind enough to comp my meal this time, I didn’t expect that, very kind. A little while after someone had called me to make sure I had picked it up and was happy with my meal. Thank you! I will continue to go and truly appreciate the people who work there.
We had a good meal that freshly prepared and hot for first time. Our waitress Mattas D.was an outstanding server, very friendly, customer oriented, professional sense of humor, had active listening skills when we placed our order; no issues very pleased. We are most likely able to come back. Job well done! Thank you again Mattas D.
The service was amazing, our waiter couldn't have been more attentive and sweet and knowledgable. However, the bathrooms were disgusting, the broccoli was old and gross, and the $30 steak I ordered was mainly fat. I'm disappointed because I haven't been there in ten years or longer, and I used to really love it. I wont be back this time.
I order delivery and dine in often here and they always do a great job! Aside from delicious food they are kind and the service is excellent even for to go orders. Highly recommend
Total redo of this place looks gorgeous. The food was amazing with very large portions
Appetizers were amazing I had tomatoes with buratta cheese and entree was eggplant parm. What a meal! Absolutely delicious
My husband and I go ever anniversary and other special occasions. We always have warm and friendly staff and great food. Just wish they brought my minestrone soup back lol
Great service. Fast and super friendly staff. Nick & Tenesha are freaking awesome. We’re on a work trip & Nick (the manager) remembered the guys from last time they came into town. It’s the small details. Highly recommend. Food is amazing as well.
We had a great time holding my two children's graduation party at Carrabbas in Easton. Everything was done beyond our expectation. Priscilla, the manager, was very accomodating and help us very professionally with the preparation. The food was excellent and we only hear the best comments from our guests. Our waiters, Matt and Shaquan, were very friendly and efficient. They were always present to assist everyone. If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I will do it in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our children's graduation party memorable.
Carrabba's in Palmer catered Suburban EMS' golf tournament earlier this month. They exceeded our expectations, by far. The staff was extremely professional and efficient. Everything was cooked and prepared fresh on site and served on time. Priscilla, their manager, did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. They will definitely be our catering go-to for years to come. We can't thank them enough for such an amazing event, and we can't wait to have them back again next year!
New look and the portions seem bigger. Everything was good. Shout out to the servers, I forgot my credit card there and they turned it in to the office. Integrity Integrity Integrity!
Fantastic experience! Mattaus, our server, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. His recommendation of the prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin was spot on! You have to stop in and give it a try and if you're at the Easton location ask for mattaus!
They sat us right away. The server Logan was awesome and the food was hot. The bread was fresh and I loved that everything was simply up to par all around. Great job.
Decided to go to the Easton location since I live in Bethlehem and it was closer. I sat at the bar because the restaurant and bar was not crowded at all. Waiter was friendly and asked me right away if I wanted something to drink. Asked for a water and a caffe latte which he said he did not know if the machine was working. He came back minutes later said it was not if I wanted a cappuccino instead I said sure, and if he had sugar in the raw he said yes. I got my cappuccino from another waitress that prepared it and never received my sugar and waited to see the waiter but didn't see him for about 5min. Next ordered my appetizer which was the. Bread & Dipping Sauce Trio no complaints it was delicious if your a sauce and Italian bread person like me, Only thing was when I started to dig in I was looking for a napkin and the waiter never gave me any. Again waiting to see him I asked him for napkins and he gave me cocktails napkins. Like really! Soooo next I ordered my entrée the. Tuscan-Grilled 7oz Sirilon comes with a cup of soup or salad 2 sides and if you want to upgrade you have to pay an additional $1- $2.50 depending on what your upgrade is. I choose garlic mashed potatoes and upgraded to Fettuccine Alfredo for $2.50. I asked for my steak medium well. When I received my food it didn't look bad it look good. Ready to dig into my entrée I'm looking around for my silverware thinking the waiter at some point put it in front of me knowing I ordered food, which that should be the first thing he should have put out. Well I waited to see him again only never to see him but to see another worker after over 5min and when she asked is everything ok. I replied. "it would be if I can get some silverware to eat my dinner"! She apologized and gave me my silverware. I digged in right away to my mashed potatoes and they where cold and DID NOT taste anything like garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was like a brick and clearly not cooked to how I asked for it. The only thing that tasted decent was the Fettuccine Alfredo. The only reason why I didn't say anything was because I was just so OVER it and truly upset about the whole experience. I haven't been to Carrabba's in YEARS and was so excited to go and what a disappointment it was. I will never return just because of my experience and the quality of the food, and with ALL of that I tipped the absent waiter a little over 20%. It really sad because I remember this place being so good with food and service and for the time I went for it not to be busy at all it should have not be an excuse whatsoever! I would have given it a 1 star but the Bread & Dipping Sauce Trio was my favorite!
This restaurant was much better a few years ago but my meal there on Mother's Day wasn't that great. The chicken parmigiana was hard around the edges. My son wasn't crazy about his lasagna either.
