Carrabba's Italian Grill, Mechanicsburg PA

We've eaten here many times before and I would always tell friends and family how wonderful there service and food is. This is the second time back to back that they have let us down. The first time, management promised to send us gift cards for Carrabba's because our steaks were burnt and never followed through. Now even with the place not being packed at all our food took extremely too long to come out and the quality was not up to par. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I have no problem paying for good food and service, but it won't be here no longer!

First time at this Carraba's. JJ was our waiter. Excellent service & Excellent meal. We are moving to the area soon & wanted to check it out. We look forward to dining here again. Thanks JJ!

Cameron was an excellent server! ~ Good dude! Food was okay for lasagna and spaghetti along with ethe Cheesecake. Minestrone soup was good. It was New Years Day, so we will give them a 3rd try. First time was excellent.

Love their bread - crunchy crust and soft inside, served warm with oil and spices. Had the chicken parmesan. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious!

We stop there tonight for diner it was around 5. There were 3 of us. They told us a 20 minute wait. Well it got to be a half hr then I heard the hostess tell another lady that it will be another 45min wait on top of what we have already waitting. We left. At no point in time did the hostess ever tell me that are time was going to be longer. We were sitting right up front also. We have never ate there and I guess we never will.

Love it here. I have never had a bad dish (not too salty!) or glass of wine. I love taking my LO here because the service is so great and she will actually try the food here. We sit near the kitchen so she can watch the big flames come off the grill. The staff has always been amazing, and honestly its nice seeing the same people.

Watch the amount of the bill you pay if you pay by card. When I checked my bank they took $20 more than what the bill was. Aside from that service was slow because of lack of staff, blame Covid I guess? With so many other places to eat around here I don’t plan on ever going back. It’s only my opinion but I would avoid Carrabba’s.

Went to Carrabba's this past Thursday night and our server, Bill, was everything! He gave us suggestions and explained how we could customize our meals, which made choosing our entrees much easier. He was sply the best and based on his professionalism we will all return!

Yup, that's it. Food was good. The server was pleasant too. It was a rainy night so they weren't busy. Which was great

45 min wait. Line out the door. Tables empty. No servers working. They were doing the best they could with no staff. So sad

Disgusting. Server no mask. I said don't stick me in his section. They did anyways. He refused to wear his mask and mocked me and the mask policy. Called the manager. He acted like we has blind. Ruined the meal. Bloomin' Brands is a joke. Receptionist lied and then refused to answer the phone.

We've been here many times and have noticed that the food just is not as good as it used to be. Less flavor and overcooked. Hopefully it's an effect of the pandemic and will improve because we used to really enjoy going here and this past time was just meh.

Normally this is my goto place. This time however they were off. Food and drinks were off and the waitress was not as responsive as expected. Maybe next time.

Just had the worst service ever at Carraba's.
After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Not by our server, by a passing hostess. She tells us she's going to go get our server. 5 minutes later, our server comes to the table. We place our order. We get our drinks. She brought me the wrong drink, but whatever. We get bread. 20 minutes later, we get our salads. 15 minutes after that, we get our meals. We ordered fried mozzarella, never came. I mention it to the server, she blames it on the manager not bringing it out to the table. She takes it off the bill, and gives a 10% AARP discount. Food was lukewarm. We finish eating, and ask for to-go boxes. This is the one thing the server did well. We got them right away. I was never handed a bill. I picked it up off the table next to us, where she had laid it, then wandered off again. She finally comes back by, and takes my card and the bill. 5 minutes later, another server drops off one of the folder things and says 'this is here for you when you're ready. ' I open it, and its empty. So another 10 minutes goes by and our server pops up at another table. At this point, im really annoyed, so when she's walking away from the other table, I call out "hey, can I have my card, " and she just looks at me. Disappears for another 5 minutes and then comes back and tells me the other server dropped it off. I told her no, she brought me an empty folder and a pen. She starts looking on the freaking floor This is the point where I get angry. We sit there for another 5 minutes while she's looking for my card. Finally, the other server comes and drops it off.
Worst service I've ever had, at any restaurant. I think her name is Hailey or something.

Took my fiancee here for her birthday food was excellent atmosphere was perfect good lighting not to much just right. Music was good not modern had a good vibe to it. Waiter was very professional and courteous will be visiting again soon. Food was well worth the price not to expensive for a night out. Glad we chose this place.

Mr Bill you really made our night! Thank you everyone who participated in making our evening splendid! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere SO inviting. We definitely will be back!

Food is great. The only thing that bothered me this last time was the servers not wearing masks correctly. I appreciate that Carrabbas has the mask policy but a good number of servers had their masks under their noses and one had it under their chin.
