Carrabba's Italian Grill, Springfield PA

Went with my mom & sisters. All of us wanted to try the chicken & shrimp carbanaro-but they were out. I ended up getting the chicken trio, which was delicious. The chicken breasts were tiny but I really enjoyed the meal. Service was a little slow, but the waitstaff was really nice. The take-home entrée for $10 is a great deal. Next time I hope I can try the carbonara.

Was there this past Saturday night. Nothing bad to say at all.

Fiancée had the Johnny trio bc it included chicken Bryan and some other other favorites. I had the chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious.

We were seated and had to wait a few minutes for a server.

Our server Marcus could not have been any better. Professional, friendly. 10/10 for that guy.

My only real complaint if you can call it that is that stuff came out so quickly. Wasn’t finished the calamari and the soup arrived. Wasn’t done the soup and the entrees were there. Complaining about service being too fast seems silly but that was literally the only thing I could mention as a “negative”.

Keep up the great work. We’ll be back.

Tried the Springfield Carrabba’s’s for the Wine Dinner. The staff Haley J, Dom and Reagan were the best. Very enjoyable evening

I went to the wine dinner last night. This was my first time at the Springfield location. Manager Brian kept everything running smoothly, and servers Dom, Hayley and Reagan were on top of everything perfectly! I will definitely be going again.

The $44 Family meals are a great budget friendly option! I love that salads are included and the kids loved the food choices. Pickup took longer than I had hoped so I would go inside to pick up if you're in a rush.

Good service. Not up to par food-wise with the other Carrabbas I’ve been to. Fruit flies, dirty dishes and glasses. Won’t return to this location.

Food and service was wonderful! Chantel really went over the top to make our experience the best!

I sat down for lunch and ordered the Chicken Ceasar salad. My server Haley was very sweet and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed. Brian W (proprietor) has a great team that provides amazing service and keeps the restaurant very clean!

Mya was an excellent server with a bubbly personality. It was my mother’s 88th birthday and Mya surprised us with a free slice of strawberry cheesecake. My mom was so excited. Thanks again Mya.

Thank you to Mya for taking excellent care of me when I had my takeout. She made sure I had everything I needed and took such good care of me. Thank you, Mya.

Don't know if it was too late on a Sunday or a full moon but the service that night was atrocious. We put an appetizer and drinks in and the appetizer came out before the drinks. And then the drinks were wrong with the added quip from Marcus, our waiter, that he was just trying to give us something to drink quickly. I will add that there were 8 tables occupied in the whole place with two other servers.

We ordered the fried zucchini sticks which were delicious. The drinks when that arrived were ok; my gfs Shirley Temple was made in not a balanced fashion. We moved on to ordering dinner. I order bowl of chicken soup and two Tuscan pork chops with garlic mashed and asparagus. My partner ordered chicken Parm with garlic mashed and a Caesar salad.

This is where it turns for the worse. Two soups come to the table first. When telling the waiter she ordered a salad, he apologized and offered me the soup. About a minute later, he returned to tell us they were out of lettuce. My gf just said that's fine as the only other option was the chicken soup.

We waited.and waited.and then finally the waiter returned to tell us that they were out of chicken and that my meal was ready and waiting. The disappointment on my gfs face was hard to look at. My mind also went to if you knew you were low on items why did it take so long to tell us that. He brought my meal and I shared my mashed potatoes and some of my pork chops with my gf while they took a different order for her. (We were not the only people affected by this problem but we were all not told until after other dishes had arrived.)

Drink refills, until another person took them over for our waiter, were hard to come by. Even when we asked between trips to tell us the next problem with serving us. Eventually, after I was mostly done, she received shrimp and angel hair based Alfredo without the mushrooms. It was a shame to say the least. The waiter comped the app and drinks after offering dessert on him.

We paid and left. This was the worst experience at a Carrabba's that I have ever experienced and I have been to several.

Came for my dads birthday! Marcus made sure all of our food came out timely! Food came out hot and fresh. Everything was super tasty! We’ll be back soon.

Haley our server was great! Very attentive and we never needed to ask for anything she anticipated all our needs.

Carrabba's always a favorite of me and the wife, and we're glad they brought the wings and hope soon they go back to doing pizza, no pics maybe next time

Chantel had an amazing attitude, and made us feel right at home. She gave great suggestions and made sure everything was perfect. She’s truly a kind person and a valuable asset to your establishment. She’s very attentive and slways seem to check on us at the perfect time. We were very impressed with her great work ethic and knowledge. Thank you Chantel! You made the rest of our afternoon much better after a very scary incident. We were able to relax. Thank you!

Great food but they were out of fettuccine pasta & had to substitute linguine for my entrée.
