This not a trusted company, cars protections plus do not honor there warranty, they tell you that they will pay for what ever the cost to fix your vehicle, all you have to pay is your deductible. They also disrespect you they have you talking to so many people that tell you something different each time you talk to a new person from car protection plus. This company just take your money and they need to be reported and investigated. I thought that I was dealing with united auto service and when I call to put in a claim it was cars protection plus who would not pay all of my repairs like the salesman told me when I took out the extended warranty. They just take your hard earn money. They are not honest

CARS followed through and paid for a rather expensive part (power steering gear) which I very much appreciated. I still had to pay for diagnostics, labor, alignment and taxes, and was without a car for 6 weeks. It wasn't a 5-star experience, but appreciated none the less.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!

Literally the worse warranty out there. Wanted to send the mechanic super cheap quality cv axles. Would only cover $280 of my $1100 claim. Which are covered parts in my contract with $100 deductible. It is a total SCAM! They never answer, they are rude and most mechanics will not work with them. They are a joke! Horrible! Do not purchase this warranty. I want a damn refund! I spent $2k on this “warranty”. Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order.

I have had a great experience so far with CARS. Claims process has been smooth, and no issues or delays with my dealership contacting them. I have purchased many extended warranties, and you need to read all the details and ask questions when it comes to the variety of options for the contracts. They have done a great job covering my repairs, and some of them have been very expensive. I am glad that I purchased this warranty

Have this level 3 warranty and took my car to get fix and this car’s protection warranty denied the claim so why offer it

Horrible service! When my car had a problem with a major oil leak from the bolt on the head Car Protection wouldn’t fix it because they said it wasn’t part of the warranty. Two months later I request to cancel the service contract. It has been over two months requesting a refund and I have not received it yet. They are giving me the runaround, horrible horrible service.

Claim was quick and possible helped me rebuild a transmission definitely would recommend and definitely glad I had car protection plus warranty God bless

Never buy coverage from this company! Never! I have tried to use this coverage 3 times since ownership of my vehicle which I have owned for less than two years. Simple claims are denied and you have to fight tooth and nail to get anything covered. The customer service, adjusters, claims managers start with "No" and "Claim Denied" every time and you have to argue to get coverage. I have another vehicle covered by Liberty Shield and they are fantastic to work with. NEVER BUY coverage from Cars Protection Plus, Inc. You will regret it.

I've had a good experience with them so far had motor replaced and transmission and was very happy with them taking care of my vehicle.

My car shop had to contact the Cars warranty place over 10 times. Plus I had to keep calling them to find out the status of my claim. The Cars warranty company paperwork states it will pay for these repairs (ie. AC compressor, condenser, etc), however that's not true. Cars only paid 1/3 the portion of the repairs. Big rip-off. These are not wear and tear items, according to my contract, it should have been total covered. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

They didn’t really help me how I wanted very disappointed I’ll never get another car with ur warranty on it

I know I will never purchase this warranty again in the future. My mechanic spent over an hour on the phone for the Rep to tell him they would only pay $123.00 for my manifold gasket. If my mechanic purchased the parts through them it may have covered more but my car would have been held up for at least a week while waiting for the part. Sorry this isn’t a good review. I wish it was a better warranty.

Excellent coverage, especially when you consider the affordability of the policy. I had just recently purchased my truck and this company was SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than other policies I was offered. They replaced 3 brake calipers and a master cylinder without any grief about the policy only being effective for 2 months. Money well spent.

Complete scam I am a licensed repair facility a customer brought in there vehicle for repair this company had me tear down customers vehicle to point of failure just to deny a legitimate claim after they had already approved the repair leaving the customer unable to pay for the repair and now out a vehicle this company leaches off the backs of less fortunate people.

My experience was good with this company. They were helpful with fixing my vehicle. I’m not sure if the communication with the dealer was was accurate. But they came through and got my car fixed. That’s why I only gave them 4 stars!

When I broke down I was amazed at how fast and professionally that they handled my claim. I was back on the road in no time flat. With only a slight delay was able to complete my vacation without a hitch. Thank you guys at car's warranty for all your help.
