Second time purchasing a vehicle from Car sense Hatfield. First was 2016. Wonderful experience, in and out under two hours. Went this past Monday after a HORRIBLE experience at a Hyundai dealer. Found the car I was looking for, gave me trade in value to cover existing loan, and again out in under two hours. No haggle, no pressure. I will never go anywhere else. Have gotten all service done at this location as well, very fair, honest, and efficient.

My car was hit by a snowplow a few weeks ago. It was totaled. I bought it at CarSense a year ago. I didn’t have to think twice. Back I went to CarSense to get another car. The process is so easy. Everything is ready for you. I was in and out in a little over an hour. And I drove my new car home. Shout out to Aaron Ziegler my salesman two times in a row! Aaron is personable, efficient and an all around nice guy.

This review is for the service department only. My car buying experience at carsense was great. But I have taken it to car sense to be serviced ever since I bought the car in 2016 since I have a 7 year or 100k mile warranty. I thought that I was doing the right thing taking my car to carsense to be serviced since sometimes when there was a minor engine issue, it was always covered by the warranty. I have kept up with oil changes every 3k miles using castrol oil. My car only has 69k miles on it. In july, my air conditioning stopped working. The next day, the engine overheated. So I took my car to CarSense to get fixed. They said they were able to fix both things and gave me my car back with a bill for about $270. I drove about 5 miles, and the car overheated again. I took it back right away. Again, they said it was fixed again and I drove it off and the AC stopped working after a week. They told me that they had put dye in the hoses to check for leaks already and couldn't find any leaks. They basically told me they could take it all apart and it would cost close to a thousand dollars and maybe find out what was wrong, or they could put dye in the hoses AGAIN to check for leaks. I told them just do the dye again. They never found any leaks and I was sent on my way with no working AC. I took it straight to another garage where they found the leak right away. Fast forward to november and I take my car to CarSense to be inspected. All is fine until a week after I get it inspected, the check engine light goes on and it overheats again. Now this time I didn't bother to take it back to carsense and I took it right to the garage that fixed my AC. Apparently carsense didn't fix the engine overheating issue, they made it worse. How they could miss it when it was just inspected there is beyond me. Whatever they did to my engine, ended up costing me almost 900 dollars to be fixed and their mistakes reversed. Not to mention all the times they returned my car to me with the undercarriage protector hanging off, valves and screws loose. They are honestly just careless with their repairs and I believe they cause issues to make you keep coming back and paying them money. Even if you purchase a warranty, do NOT take your car here for service.

After going to a few dealerships and having terrible experiences, I decided to head over to CarSense (Hatboro, Pa). Aaron could not have done a better job at helping me through the process. He was very knowledgeable on the process and the truck I was purchasing. This was my second vehicle purchased from Carsense and I won’t go anywhere else.

Our very trusted mechanic Joe's Auto Electric recommended CarSense when it was way past time to trade in my beloved 17 year old Isuzu Trooper. We picked out cars online, drove the Trooper to CarSense and Keith Gallen took good care of us. We were out of there in a couple of hours with a beautiful 3 year old car with 20,000 miles on it and lots of upgrades like AWD and a great price. When Joe checked it out, we learned that the tires were no good, old and worn. They said "bring it in" and apologized profusely for the snafu and put on brand new tires while I waited. This is a VERY busy shop and I can see why. Many thanks to Patrick Solliday, the General Sales Manager and to Service Manager Kurt Foster and Service Advisor Eric Galante for taking very good care of me and my good-as-new car.

Bought a car from CarSense I would say over 2 years ago and the experience was so phenomenal that I still remember it to this day. I was hunting for a good used car with specific model along with specific trim level as the higher trim one had more technology I was looking for. When going to CarSense I had gone to other branded car dealerships and the experience was okay as most wanted me to test drive then talk numbers then talk about all their options. Then if they didn't have the car they would try to sell me a new car which wasn't an option for me and financially I didn't see the benefit.

At CarSense they just gave me the keys and told me to enjoy, so no salesman joining me to tell me all the stuff I already knew or have me go a specific route around the dealership. I took it home to show people during my test drive and it was a nice experience throughout.

I ended up getting the car from CarSense as the bumper-to-bumper warranty for 6 months was really reassuring that this wasn't a deal for the salesman then they tell you good luck with any future problems needing service. It meant they were in it for the long haul and very likely only got good quality used cars, so there wouldn't be too many problems. I did use the bumper-to-bumper warranty a couple of weeks later when one of the O2 sensor in the gas tank broke. They had me go to a dealership to get it diagnosed and fixed which CarSense then paid themselves and it was a couple hundred dollars, so I was very happy about that.

I've gone back for things like oil changes and annual state inspections and the service department is very nice they don't try to barrage you with random things like dealerships do. Highly recommend CarSense especially try looking at their website as it is very well made and easy to navigate to see what you want with multiple pictures plus descriptions that I go on it sometimes to look at what they have.

What can I say about my car sales consultant, Torie Savior? Wow, is what comes to mind first! He is honest, sincere, intelligent, caring, knowledgeable, diligent, and all around a great guy. Whether communicating via phone, email, or text (amazing), Torie answered all my questions promptly with the upmost professionalism. If he did not know an answer, he quickly would find someone who would. He made a potentially frantic, scary, typical car purchase scenario, relaxed, reassuring, and easy. He deserves a 100 star rating. Thank you Torie, for this great experience, putting me in my gorgeoues Infiniti Q50, and for going not only the extra mile, but for going way above what is expected. Very Impressed! Carsense is definitely where I will be headed the next time I need a vehicle!

I purchased my car over 2 years ago and unfortunately the service level has gone down even further.
When I first got my vehicle, I was in there 3 times in first 4 months for various issues. Since then, because it’s under warranty, trying to get a service appointment has been difficult at best. I was there one time for an oil change for over 2 hours!
This morning tried making a waiting appointment to get oil change, they suggested to leave call all day or during the week- really?
I would never recommend carsense!

My fiancée and I bought our first car as an engaged couple here and worked with Michael Moffa. All I can say is I will never buy a car from anywhere or anyone else but from Mike Moffa at CarSense. We told Mike our budget and what we wanted out of the car and he was helpful and sincere throughout the entire process. CarSense has a fantastic business model of honest pricing, no pressure sales people and quality cars. I bragged to everyone about my experience and would tell all my friends and family to go to CarSense and work with Mike (or any of the other friendly sales members). I cant thank them enough for helping my fiancée and I. Thanks again Mike & CarSense.

Stacy at the Hatfield PA location helped me buy a beautiful low mileage hatchback. This was my first time buying through CarSense and I am very pleased. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

After hearing good things about CarSense from some friends, I decided to pay them a visit when I needed to replace my car. What a great experience! My salesperson, Taylor, could not have been more helpful, and actually made buying a car pleasant, which is something I'm not used to with the traditional dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Positive experience. It was very busy on this day, things were a bit rushed, but all-in-all we found the car we liked, they gave us a good price on our trade and we were out in a couple of hours. Fairly smooth and straightforward process. They do have very nice and clean cars.

I went on the CarSense and found the vehicle with each of my features that I needed: AWD, AC, backup-camera etc.and was able to find a vehicle within no time. I set up an appointment with Keith Gallen, and was surprised with how easy and hassle-free getting into a Test Drive. The paperwork was minimal, and CarSense was able to run a credit check within 15 minutes and got me a great deal! Picked up the Car 1 week later and it was waiting for me in front of the building. Great experience and would recommend all car purchases through CarSense.

This is the second car I bought here, my son bought one as well. Great selection, great service, and great prices. Of course they try and sell you the extras, its their job. But they don't pressure you, they don't play games. I well be going back for my next car!

I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from CarSense in Hatfield. The service I was given was great! I worked with salesman, Tim Gray, and he was super helpful with getting me squared away with my new car. If I was ever looking to get another car I would definitely go back to buy it from CarSense.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from CarSense last week and so far the vehicle is running great. The whole process was smooth and my salesperson Brian Huff was great as well. I would highly recommend purchasing a car through this process. One tip- call in and work out your financing on the phone after you fill out the online credit app. Once everything is all set they call you back to come in and test drive whatever vehicle your interested in. I've done that at other dealerships in the past and still spent hours in the showroom. Not here. Your in and out relatively quickly. If you go to the Hatfield location, ask for Brian Huff.he was great to work with.

CarSense was a great company with great quality very polite & professional safe & clean environment organized & ready to work, also was very pleased with the customer service offered coffee donuts or tea vehicle that i was looking to get was out front & ready for me to test & my experience on buying a car was great i wouldn’t go & get a car from anywhere else but CarSense I’m loving the customer service & hoe these guys do business great benefits and all CarSense is the place to drive off in your own vehicle!
