Hello, car sense is a good spot to get a car local to pgh area. My girlfriend worked with Brytni and she was great.this was our second car and the last experience we had at a different dealer sucked. We are so glad this one was a 100 times better. I would recommend carsense everyone - ask for Brytni if you can get her.

Zach was my sales agent and he truly made the difference for me. A car buyer is not necessarily wary about the car, but we are wary about the process of buying the car. Anybody can describe a car, and I can verify it on my smartphone. Zach went out of his way to explain the process at CarSense so I was reassured that I was getting a great price. This is what service is supposed to be.

My car wouldn't pass inspection so I was up against a time crunch to find a new vehicle. I called my son for a recommendation and he said "Car Sense" immediately. I checked inventory online and found the Cranberry location had a Civic at a good price. I walked in the door and Andy Ebel was right there with a big smile on his face. It was a busy day and everyone there was juggling several customers. He was always patient and it was a great experience.

Dan helped me the first day I went in and didn’t pressure me to buy the same day. We tried a few different cars very quickly and easily. Then Jamie responded to all my emails and texts about possible cars I was interested in at their other stores. Finally I decided on one and he continued to stay in great communication and helped me out all the way through the sale. Their prices are better than KBB and their warranties and the shape of their cars are quite good.

I came in looking for a compact for my daughter & Brytni Fitgerald assist me. We looked at different options & her being a young lady, gave me some advice as to what they are looking for in a car. We didnt purchase a car that day, but are planning on coming back to let Brytni sell us my daughter's 1st car. Awesome service!

What I like most about Car Sense is no haggling over price and no commission sales people. Because of this, I felt I could fully trust my sales person, Brian Collins. He presented facts to me about the vehicle I was interested in as compared to other makes/models which helped me feel confident about my purchase. Shopping at Car Sense is stress free and easy. So my experience with car sense was great! I wasn’t looking to get a car but had no chance. My old car went on me. So I called out car sense out cranberry. Spoke too Andy and Reed who help with the process of getting a car. Did everything over the phone. They told me I would have my car with in days cause it was from a different car senses location. I was satisfied with my over all experience!
