I purchased from them in 2010 when they were carsense and was so pleased just purchased again! Darin was great.

Both my salesman, Billy and Luis, who helped us understand, all of the cars features were outstanding. They were both patient, polite, and professional. I would hire both of them in a heartbeat.

We had such a great experience at CarShop! All of their cars are in amazing shape. The car I got was a bit older but was so well taken care and clean it truly feels (and people assume) that it is brand new! Compared to other cars in my price range this one was SUCH A GEM and the no-haggle pricing was so stress free. My rep was Alex and I highly recommend asking for him! I was a 'higher maintenance' customer as I came from Delaware, had recently moved so my ID wasn't updated yet, and have a special Delaware black plate I had to transfer to the new vehicle which can be tricky. Alex walked me through it all and followed up on everything post sale (including answering all my frantic calls at the DMV) to make sure it was all OK. The car also had a front plate on it I didn't love and they agreed to fill in the holes and repaint the bumper as part of the sale, arranging a loaner car for me. Amazing! The service department was equally as friendly and easy to work with. Car shopping can be such a headache but they made it really pleasant. I love my car and would definitely recommend them for their inventory, quality, & service!

Went to look at a vehicle I saw online after speaking with Jeff R.on the phone regarding when a good time for him would be. Went up, very nice guy, provided the keys for us to check out the vehicle as he was busy prior to us arriving with another sale. We took the vehicle for a test drive, everything went smoothly, wasn’t rushed by any means. Paperwork did take some time but as I said he was juggling two sales simultaneously so understood, as well as some factors on my end as well. I have also been in contact with him post sale as well and he was been courteous and extremely helpful even then also. Clean facility, easy to get to (we came from lower Delaware, was about 2 hrs), friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I was excited to receive a pretty competitive offer to buy my car from them but upon pulling the trigger, they do "chassis" inspection to affirm that there are no issues. The car checked out but the mechanics said that the engine was leaking fluids and required $2000 of repairs. The car was immaculate and had no engine issues or leaks. Leaky engines tend to leave pools of fluids behind which never occurred. They used this two step process to bait and switch me and hoped that I'd be desperate enough to take whatever money they offered. They really wasted my time. I sold the car to Carvana for $2500 MORE than they offered without any hassle or waste of my time. Go with Carvana.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus ST and was exactly what I wanted. I drove to PA to test drive and inspect the car and had a great experience. It was found exactly as advertised and my salesman Jeff was great to work with. He was able to finalize all of the paperwork and got me back on the road in a timely manner.
